Easy to take liquid fiber! I add it to my water in the morning and it provides me with a good source of fiber for my day! Has a very slight citrus flavor which I don't find noticeable.

Me lo recomendaron como alternativa sin azúcar muy efectivo
Yo usaba el mugasin y después el psylum plantago, ambos me ayuaban bien. Quise cambiar a una alternativa sin azúcar y una nutrióloga me sugirió el HyFiber porque sus clientes le hacían comentarios muy favorables, tengo una semana usándolo y aún no puedo hacer lo mismo. La nutrióloga me recomendó usarlo un mes para poder evaluar su efectividad. Si es favorable, más adelante agregaré ese resultado.
