Can’t believe it’s not fake. It’s that bad.
The build quality, finish, and overall experience are so poor that it feels like a cheap counterfeit rather than a genuine Godrej product. The screw behind the door handle is protruding out and scratches the fingers when operated. The lock quality is poor, and the key gets stuck frequently, making it frustrating to use. Very disappointing, especially from a brand I expected to trust.
