I ordered these with the intention of getting my blood pumping better and it has worked very well. I am pleased with the results I have recently been making in the gym. Generally a decent supplement. It can make you feel better and get your blood flowing. Wouldnt reccomend taking too much but its helpful. Overall it contains pretty good stuff, dont expect miracles but its not bad at all.
