Good bed
I put together by myself about 3 hrs, but I'm slow. I probably could have done in 45 minutes if I wasn't distracted and lazy. You have to balance one of the supports for a few seconds but after that all the steps are easy. But pretty much anyone can do it. For sure helps with a second in person though.Directions are easy to follow. The screw container could have been made better, just be careful to not mix them up a few of the sizes may look the same to you.One of the screws got a bit cross threaded but it worked on another hole just fine.Feels plenty sturdy. It's rare that I feel I got better value than I paid, most things are either worth what you pay, or you feel ripped off.I feel this is worth more than I paid.I paid $145, so don't expect the build of something $1000. Everyone always expects way more. I just expect to not get ripped off.I feel if it was $250 I'd not feel ripped off and would still be a fair deal.Thicker frames, thicker welds, thicker bolts cost more money. It's plenty solid and worth more than the cost.Who knows in 5 years how it lasts but so far I don't see any quality issues. If you have giant wild kids who knows. If you have calm smallish kids should be perfect. The step ladder part is a bit thin so it hurts bigger feets.I took pieces of the soft packing foam and then wrapped the steps with white athletic tape.So unless you have a better idea order a few roles of athletic tape. I thought about just cutting some 2x4s for steps but they look like they would not be secured well.

Great bed but assembly may have you regretting every moment of your life that you led you here
I think its a good deal and as good as any other loft beds I found on here. No frills but its easily customizable to what you or your kids might want.We bought two and they look great. We have 8ft ceilings and they are pretty tall. I wish I could have found some a few inches shorter but I think we will still end up keeping them for a long time. They are wobbly, like others said, but they still feel sturdy enough that they wont actually fall over. and they do come with anchors. My kids are too close to the ceiling to even be able to jump on them so that isn't a problem but it might be if you are in a home with very high ceilings.Shipping took a few days and the boxes were beat up pretty bad but theyre metal beds so there wasn't any issues with damage to the actual product. In the box, the beds are about 5 million pounds each. You may need help getting them inside. They came a few days a part and each delivery driver struggled to get them out of the truck because of the weight. When it comes to putting them together, good luck. That was the worst part. It was incredibly frustrating. LOTS of pieces and you will be spinning that allen wrench until you're hands go numb and your face turns blue. My husband put the beds together and he got them both up in about 2 hours max. I still say, its a two person job. I had to hold a lot of pieces up/together. It would have been a lot harder to do totally on his own and eventually he did switch to his drill and that worked a lot better but it has to be done just right. The instructions were pretty small and hard to read of course. It comes with no extra pieces so be careful not to accidently mess anything up strip any of the bolts.Overall, the beds are great and a good value for the money. I almost want to deduct a star for how awful it was to to assemble them but I feel like that's not fair considering all things are awful to assemble. I would still recommend them and my kids LOVE them

Perfect Loft Bed for a Cozy Play and Hangout Space
My 8 year old daughter kept asking for a playhouse, but we couldn’t find one big enough for her that didn’t cost a fortune. She basically wanted a space all her own to shut the world out and play. I guess her bedroom just wasn’t cutting it haha. After searching Pinterest for days, I decided to get a loft bed and create a dreamy space underneath.I wanted a loft bed that would fit her room, be sturdy enough to support her growing body, and leave enough space beneath for a place to sit and relax. This bed is perfect. There’s plenty of space underneath to play, and enough room above that she can sit up without hitting her head on the ceiling. We secured it to the wall, and it feels very sturdy. It shakes a little when she climbs the ladder, but not enough to be concerning. To make it even more special, we added curtains and twinkle lights to the frame, and created a little hangout/play area/book nook underneath with a couch, rug, and end table. My husband assembled it by himself in about an hour, so setup was easy and straightforward. The white frame looks great in her room, and this was a very affordable option. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Would not use this for heavy adults.
Easy to put together. Good directions. Quality is a little lacking I wouldn't buy this for heavy adults. For my 8 year old it is perfect. I wanted a really tall loft bed but this one is almost too tall. All the hardware was there parts labeled correctly. Lacks a little in the stability I would def consider screwing it into the wall once assembled. Decent for the money.

Great loft for 7-8 year olds!
Our two daughters, age 7 and 8, wanted to share the same bedroom. They had been wanting lofts ever since they they saw a friend with a loft. Their bedroom (12' x 14') can accommodate two regular twin beds and two desks, but having lofts helped them have more space. After reading some reviews that said the lofts were a little wobbly (I didn't attempt to verify that), I decided to have the two lofts put side-by-side and attached them together using velcro straps (see picture) at three different points on four of the legs, and I did not use the provided wall anchors. The lofts are very stable. The girls (45-50 lbs) have not said anything about it feeling wobbly or unsafe, and my wife (~105 lbs) occasionally climbs up there to sleep with them and says it is perfectly stable.Because you can have the ladder on either the left or right side of the loft, it allowed me to put them side by side (long side) with the ladder facing the same direction (see pictures). The bedroom has 8' ceilings and there is enough room for my daughters to sit upright in the bed (they are about 4' tall).I bought an 8" mattresses and there is enough railing above the mattresses to keep them from rolling off. There is plenty of height under the loft to put regular sized tables and chairs. I can even sit in the chair and not hit my head. Some reviews mentioned putting pool noodles on the ladder in order to make it more comfortable. My two daughters said the ladder steps were fine for them so I have not done so. My wife says it is not the most comfortable, but doesn't think it is necessary for her. If eventually my daughters want more comfortable steps, rather than using pool noodles (I think they don't look too nice), I probably will make something out of wood to put over the steps. As you can see, there are also many of places for my two daugthers to hang/tape various things. When I was assembling the loft, one of the pieces didn't have two holes drilled in them. After sending email to the company, including pictures of the part, they sent a replacement part, which I received in 3 days! So although I wasn't happy finding out I could not put together both lofts in the same day, I was happy that I didn't have to wait too long.I was able to assemble the lofts by myself, at one point leaning one end against the wall and using a step ladder to help hold one side of the bed railing while I put the bolts in the other side (i.e., not needing someone to hold one end up). It took me less than an hour to assemble each loft.

Just be aware of actual room underneath the loft. Otherwise, excellent.
Great loft bed--easy to assemble even by myself. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow. The hardware is packaged in an organized way, and all parts are clearly labeled. Among the best I've encountered, and I've assembled a lot of furniture in my lifetime! The only complaint I have is that the height underneath is NOT 59 inches as advertised. It's actually 56-1/4". As such my desk with hutch at 56" barely fit underneath with no room to spare. I was afraid I'd have to send it back because the reason I wanted a loft bed was to put the desk underneath and free up floor space. It's working out so still 5 stars.

Sturdy and Space Saving
we had the hardest time figuring out what to do with the space as we needed it for a home office and an occasional place for somebody to sleep. This was the best answer. The bed is extremely sturdy and can hold up to 400 pounds. Was very straightforward to put together.... still took a few hours, but was not complicated. Will most likely be getting another one for another space. Very pleased.

Good frame but received defective parts
The frame had two defective spots where I was unable to put a screw in and one spot where the metal was not punched out. Seems like a great frame other than the defects.
