Brisket never tasted so good.
I have used many types of bbq but have been using a gas burner for some time.my one complaint was the lack of smoky flavours when slow cooking cuts of beef and pork, but this is no longer the caseI use a 'charcoal companion' chip holder than sits between the grills, and soak the chips in beer/wine/water depending on the meat, and the flavours created are brilliant. it gives a purist taste with the convenience and control of gas.

Nothing wrong with the chips, just the hubbie not soaking before hand 😂. Will use again and hopefully have the desired affect. Great price for size.

Not worth the effort
Chips are fine. The fact that I had to sign for it, was not here for the delivery attempt, and had to drive 4 miles to pick it up was absurd. This is in eight dollar bag of chips not a computer
