I love this little Pool Whale spa vacuum! After trying another one that didn’t work because I have a shallow pond, this one worked spectacularly! It’s super easy to put together and works really well with just plugging it into a hose. One thing to note is that on the instructions there is one extra piece you’re gonna wonder where it goes… I think they sent two different versions of it so if you have a piece left over… flip the paper over (which I didn’t realize it first lol!) and it will relate to that other assembly. So you basically use one side of the page or the other and pick one piece or the other. Also the mesh bag for leaves, etc. has Velcro at the bottom so be careful when you use it if you decide to clean out the bag by emptying the bag through the bottom and undoing the Velcro because it does stick to the mesh of the bag and I expect over time it might do damage to the bag. So I think going forward, I will probably just turn it inside out and wash it out and not unVelcro the bottom of the bag… but it’s super easy, regardless. Also make sure the vacuum is IN the water when you turn on your hose because the hose water magically pushes the pressure up into the little mesh bag and it’ll squirt (splash) into (out/thru) the bag which is kind of what my picture conveys. Not a big deal just want you to know. Also, if your pond is small and it’s already full, you gotta realize that the hose is pushing water into the bag. Therefore it is filling your pond more. So have some space in your pond to be able to accept more water otherwise you’re gonna overflow. But overall it’s awesome. I love it and I’m very grateful that it works so well! Big win-win! I will champion this product to all small pond owners!🤗

Used it on the bottom of my outdoor fish pond and it worked great. Having two different bags is nice and easy to take on and off.

I mean, you get what you pay for. We got an above ground pool the beginning of May. I didn’t want to spend a fortune on a fancy vacuum especially being our pool isn’t that big. This vacuum was easy to assemble. Definitely exceeded my expectations on such a small budget. Can’t complain. It works. Parts do seem cheap but it gets the job done. **Be advised the velcro on the filter bag can get sand stuck to it very easily.** I cleaned it the best I could but I’ll be cleaning the filter out from the other end in the future in fear the Velcro won’t give a complete closure when in use and sand will just be dispersed throughout the pool. 4 out of 5 stars due to cheapness of parts and closure on filter bag.

This pool vacuum exceeded my expectations! It was super easy to set up—just connect to a garden hose and it creates a strong suction that pulls in dirt and small debris. The three scrub brushes really help lift grime, and the two fine mesh bags catch everything from sand to leaves. The telescopic pole is lightweight but reaches all corners of my above-ground pool with no issues. I also use it in my spa and small pond—works great in all of them. Just be sure to clean the mesh bag regularly to keep suction strong. For the price, it’s a fantastic value. No need for a big pump system. Simple, effective, and saves me time every week. Highly recommend for pool owners looking for a quick, no-hassle cleaning solution!

I wasn't expecting the best vac, at $32.99+tax, but wasn't expecting a waste of my money, either. Putting this together, I kept thinking, "This can't be an Amazon buy! Surely, it is more Temu!" It doesn't deserve even one star, but that's the only option. The parts are constructed from plastic that is the same quality (or less) than a kid's toy purchased at Dollar Tree! And don't even get me started on the quality of the handle pieces! When trying to use it...good luck! The hose (I tried several) can't be screwed on properly and the thing keeps popping off! You have to be careful, because the plastic quality of attachment piece is so bad, you might strip the threads! When you FINALLY get some sort of weak attachment, be carefull trying to put it in the water, because the pole pieces and the way they attach are so weak they start to bend as you try to gingerly push the thing along, in less than 30" of water! After several cautious, slow passes, the hadle, that had been completely screwed in, fell off. After getting it reattached and back in the water, the unit fell off the hose, again! Keep in mind that each time something goes wrong, it's a whole process of turning water off, pulling the whole thing out, reattaching, retightening, resubmerging, turning water back on... Yeah, don't add this to your cart...

I bought this along with a few other pool cleaning items to be ready for when we installed our pool this summer. I didn't want to spend a lot of $$ on a robot vacuum, especially since what we have is a collapsible pool. I saw this and thought it looked easy enough to use. It works absolutely wonderfully! Easy to put together, and so easy to use that even my kiddos can use it! I prefer the finer mesh bag whenever I clean the pool, and it even worked on sand that made it's way into our pool! You just give it quick rinse when you're done, and it's good to go. Absolutely love it!

Bought it for someone told me is working well

Does not work in shallow water. water from hose goes direct up into bag to create a sucking motion but only if unit and bag are fully submerged. I have a large ornamental pond for plants and birds and is full of silt but not deep enough to create vacuum
