Charger port broke after 4 months,These things happen, But they will ignore every email you send. 1 year warranty on all electrical goods sold in UK unless you buy from an amazon approved seller from outside the UK.

Was working okay at first, the camera quality definitely not 200 MP, felt similar to my previous Doogee S88 Pro, the specs are pretty good but I'm guessing some are overexaggerated like the camera.The phone's NFC and some other apps randomly stop working and you have to restart the whole phone, has lead to some awkward situations. Connectivity after the first fall just decided to leave, I now have random connection loss even with 5G, and wifi, this phone has left me stranded in a town with no internet on several occasions. I do not recommend if you are looking for something reliable and long term.

I like this phone.. but, the glass covering the cameras stands up outside the protection of the case and I scratched it the very first time I put it down on my desk. The screen also has very little protection (other than the gorilla glass) the bezel of the body is barely a millimetre above the edge of the screen offering little to no protection if you were to place it face down. I bought a protective case to address these issues. Overall it is an ok phone and I like it but it does seem less 'rugged' than my previous 'rugged' phone. One last thing.. the phone does not have wireless charging and in itself that is not a deal breaker, but.. having to pry open the charging port cover and reseal it after you charge the phone is getting a bit old. I would still recommend this phone despite the niggles.

I use for delivering parcels for Amazon. It's amazing. It hasn't missed a beat. It's very speedy in operation and lasts the whole of work route on one charge with the brightness adjusted to just below half way. Very very good phone. Highly recommend.

This phones performance is absolutely insane. It has a Dimensity 7050 Octa Core Processor, 32GB of RAM, 512GB of memory which can be expanded with an addition 2TB with an SD car and it has a massive 10800mAh battery.The performance isn't the only selling point, this is a Rugged Smartphone so it's designed to endure a rougher life than most glossy high end smartphones. The case is engineered to provide drop resistance and fall protection, so no need for annoying cases you have to take on and off. The camera array is insane with a whopping 200MP main camera and a 24MP night vision camera.The price too is just incredible, when you look at the top end phones in the market costing over £1k, this comes in at less than half of that and outperforms most of them too.The only drawback is this is a bigger and bulkier phone and that may not be for everyone, but for me I really don't mind and the fact I don't have to charge it twice a day makes it a brilliant purchase.Amazing product from a very impressive company.
