Tea is not bitter tasting
Finally I've found a tea for iced tea that is not bitter after trying with so many other brands and types. Even tried cold brewing and was still bitter. This is a high quality tea that I will buy again. I think it must be the orange pekoe that is doing the trick for me. It's color is a little lighter than I'm used to, but the flavor is just right. Would recommend this tea to others.

Best Tea for Brewing your Own Pot
The tea is delicious! We buy it often and drink it all the time. It makes great iced tea in the summer and hot tea in the winter. One of the things we like the most is that it doesnโt turn cloudy in the refrigerator. Also, it doesnโt taste tannic. It has a fresh, clear taste. Loose-leaf tea gives a much better cup of tea. I have a teapot (also bought here on Amazon) that filters the leaves to brew it. Try this tea; I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the clear, smooth taste!

Great tea, would buy again.
Excellent tea to add to my rotation. Large leaves, minimal dust, good flavor. Bag doesn't reseal, but easy to move to a zipper bag or mason jar.

Good quality tea leaves
My go-to bulk bag of loose leaf black tea had started to show up with fillers or stems in it. The whole reason I love loose leaf tea over bagged, is because itโs less likely to have fillers. So that wasnโt acceptable. I decided to give this tea a try instead, and upon opening the box I am so pleased. The tea looks beautiful and high quality for the price. It brewed into a delicious cup of tea, and I noticed there was no sediment in the bottom of my tea infuser. My only complaint is that the box and the bag inside are weak material and cannot be resealed, so Iโm going to need to purchase a tea tin large enough to hold a pound of tea. But I will, because Iโm likely going to get this tea again.

Top Shelf Orange Pekoe Tea
Real Orange Pekoe Tea Is Right Here Folks! I am a tea person, period! I grew up drinking Lipton tea, which was and is supposedly still an Orange Pekoe (black) tea. I loved the flavor and aroma of that tea. Over the past two to three decades or so, that flavorful and aromatic tea seemed to disappear as the demand for tea grew exponentially across the world and as laws changed with regard to what a manufacturer could actually put in their bags besides just tea leaves. Today, it's extremely difficult to find that authentic Orange Pekoe flavor. I thought I had come close with Twinnings Ceylon Orange Pekoe. It was still a crap shoot from box to box whether you would get some authentic tasting Orange Pekoe tea or not. Well, they recently repackaged their product, now calling it Ceylon black tea with orange pekoe as its ingredient. Hmmm... I can tell you that it seems more watered down and flavorless to me. So sad! And then comes, into my life, Zarrin's Pure Ceylon Tea (OPA), Special Orange Pekoe Grade A, loose-leaf tea. It's simply amazing! The flavor. The aroma. The memories of decades past sitting with a great cup of tea. I was worried that I'd never find an outstanding, or even good, cup of Orange Pekoe tea ever again. Here it is, though, in this very innocuous-looking box. Thank you, Zarrin. I guess I can die happy now. Lol.

Iced Tea!
We use this to brew iced tea. It has a light, bright flavor and pleasing aroma reminiscent of Lipton's Orange Pekoe tea from the 1960s making it great for "sweet tea."

Not as it use to be
Truly disappointed, this is not the same product it used to be. No more reach, clean taste. It is dusty and flavorless. Don't recommend. Besides I just paid $20 dollars for one box, and today it is listed for $15. I will not buy it again

meh
I bought both OP and OPA from a tea plantation (Blue Field) in SriLanka a couple of years ago and it was definitely the best black tea I've ever had. It's supposed to have a strong buttery flavour and no bitterness at all. This is not it. This tastes like supermarket tea. I believe that for the OPA grade it has to be only the first leaf which gives the tea that fresh but rich flavour. This tasted like old and lower quality leafs. It's not quite as bitter as the powder you buy at walmart but I still feel the bitterness and no trace of the actual flavour I was expecting.
