I've never tried cooking with silicone pans before, but my cupcakes were always getting stuck in the muffin pans even when I greased them and if I used muffin cups, they stuck to the muffin cups. These muffin pans are fantastic. Nothing sticks, they cook the muffins well, the muffins come out of the pan very easily and they're easy to wash. The 1st time I used them to make muffins, I didn't realize that both pans were still together and I cooked my muffins using 2 silicone muffin pans without realizing it and they still turned out good. The solid handles on each side help to get the muffin pan out of the oven easily too. The muffin cups themselves are smaller than normal, but smaller portions are good for you, right? LOL.

I’ve tried several silicone muffin pans and so many either stick badly or are a pain to clean, so I was excited to finally find one that actually works well. The muffins and cupcakes release easily without sticking, and cleanup is super simple whether you hand wash it or toss it in the dishwasher. I also love the size and design — it feels sturdy, practical, and fun to use. The egg bites came out of the oven fluffy and popped right out of the pan. The muffin pans were very easy to clean. They are also dishwasher safe. I ordered the light color with multi-colored specs. They are absolutely beautiful. The reinforced perimeter of the pan allows the pan to maintain it's shape when the muffin cups are full of liquid. The handles make it very easy to carry from counter top to oven and when baking is finished, the handles allow you to safely move the hot pan back to the counter top. This was my first experience using silicone bakeware. I am hooked! No more scrubbing metal tins; even with muffin liners, there was always burnt batter that needed to be scrubbed off. With the silicone muffin pans there are no groves on the underside that collect water and create rust. I highly recommend these silicone muffin pans to anyone wanting to make the switch from old fashion metal bakeware. You will be amazed at how easy they are to use, clean, and how easily the baked item releases from the pan. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

Game changer! Love these. I don’t need to use anything for nonstick and very easy to clean. They have a funny smell the first couple of times you use them, but it goes away.

My niece had these silicone muffin pans and had just made egg bites when I was at her house one day. The egg bites popped out so easy and I was impressed so I ordered my own. I've had issues with silicone muffin pans in the past and couldn't get whatever I baked out cleanly. I haven't tried anything but egg bites yet but they come out great! The metal reinforced frame makes it much more sturdy than others I've had as well. Love these pans! In fact I will order another set as a gift because I have been telling people about them. Worth every penny but they are also a great price.
