Pocoyo in Racing Car with Alien

This was a present for our 2 years old nephew and he loved it! It's not made to last but we wouldn't expect him to be interested in Pocoyo for that much longer in any case so we hope it'll last for as long as his obsession does!

I bought one of these from Amazon for my son who is completely crazy about Pocoyo and cars, so this I thought would be ideal. Unfortunately, for the money, it was really not up to the standard I expected. It doesn't feel particularly well-made and I doubt it would stand up to the rigour of being played with for very long. More tellingly, the one I bought didn't work. Pulling the rip cord made the motor make noise but the wheels did not turn. I sent it back and Amazon kindly sent me a replacement. This one did work (if you can call it that). The car only travelled about 10cm and quite slowly at that! It was particularly underwhelming. I sent that one back and was given a refund. I can only hop that Amazon decide to stop selling this so that others don't waste their money. I advise you that your money is better spent elsewhere. (We have a mechanical car that cost about £2 and is so much more fun than this one.)
