Q: Why are the porcinis from?

Just to expand Len's answer, at the bottom of the back label, it says PRC: meaning People's Republic of China. There is not an English speaking nation where citizens call China, "PRC", so they are trying to trick you into believing that PRC is a company, rather than China.

Q: Which Mushroom House dried mushroom products have sulfites?

I have twice purchased 1-lb bags of dried porcini mushrooms AB. The bag has the label Olive Nation on it. The mushrooms have been excellent. The ingredients list only mentions dried porcini mushrooms and nothing else, so if they've obeyed product labeling requirements, there are no sulfites.

Hi, as far as specs, I just looked at the back of my bag. It just shows porcini mushroom powder. That’s it. I use it all the time in sauces. If you’re sautéing regular mushrooms, this powder really adds a jump in flavor.

Q: what is the ratio to use to make things ?

I don’t measure. I sprinkle. Taste. Sprinkle more. The more you add, the more complex and umami-like. An amazing product. Experiment!
