This is a perfect addition to my kitchen aid mixer. It is so very easy to attach and remove. The cleanup is even easier. I use a paint brush to remove the flour and it gets it so clean. The cutter is both one thin and one thicker. I have used both with great success.

I misplaced my KitchenAid pasta roller last year so I’ve been searching for a replacement. This pasta roller has exceeded my expectations in both quality and performance. I’d put it on par with KitchenAid . And it’s 1/2 the cost. I’ve used it and I’m, so far, delighted. I especially like the seals at the ends of the rollers to ensure dough does not get into the gears. They include a brush to clean any residual dough from the rollers. Thank you Amazon for same day delivery.

Works great. Heavy duty. Wish the indentation for the knobs are more visible. You have gauge the gap by eye unless you bend down with a magnifying glass and good light. To me, this is another product that in real-life is better than expected from the pictures. They feel heavy and substantial and unlikely to break. No cheap plastic to break down.

Decided to go with the separate attachments instead of the 3 in one options because I have two kitchen Aid mixers. This way I could flatten out the dough with one machine and then run it through the cutter head on the other machine. I love that they are all heavy duty stainless steel. If you have one Kitchen Aid mixer a 3-in-1 option may be better but these are truly amazing attachments. I was so happy to see how high quality they were not being a Kitchen Aid brand. Would highly recommend. The process of using them was so smooth, nothing got bunched up or stuck in the attachment, they are easy to clean. You can not put them in a dishwasher, but they cleaned up so nice that that didn't matter to me. They look exactly like the photos show, they come in a nice box with separate molded areas for each piece if you want to keep the box for storing them.

Very easy to use, once you get the hang of it, which doesn't take long at all. Filled the dough for ravioli perfect. Haven't tried the pasta attachments yet, hopefully they'll be just a easy. Would definitely recommend.

não durou nada. O rolo para fazer a "folha" da pasta é instável, entortou. As demais peças ok. Porém não posso fazer lasagna e abrir a pasta para usar as peças devidamente. Dinheiro jogado fora !!! vou enviar vídeo para mostrar o que acontece com a pasta. Eu uso na menor velocidade e passagem dos números não funciona adequadamente. Comprei em Abril e na primeira vez quebrou e agora piorando ainda mais a alavanca !!
