The product is very good. The design is very nice. You can charge three devices once there is indicator for battery percentage. Also, the design is very compact and travel friendly. It charged devices very fast. it is very easy for use and have nice connectivity.

product not matched the expectation and requested for refund
I received the product and found that it is much heavier than expected. The product description on the website did not clearly mention its weight, which led to this issue. Therefore, I requested a return on the same day the product was delivered. Unfortunately, the product has still not been picked up by the Amazon pickup personnel, and the return process remains pending. I kindly request the Amazon team to arrange the pickup at the earliest and process my return and refund as soon as possible.

Build quality is not up to mark, charge speed is good with type c output, battery backup is good and can charge a mobile around 4 times, compatible with USB A and C, cable length is small, Overall product is good for the price
