I’ve been using Apple CarPlay on my 2021 Subaru for years without a problem but between my iPhone 17 and whatever cable I was using, I couldn’t get it to work. Tried the software updates tried uninstalling and reinstalling my phone on the system, etc. couldn’t make anything work. Googled this product, someone on Reddit mentioned this, and I promptly bought it. Plugged it in and worked like a charm!

My Nissan Sentra has Apple Carplay that worked fine. Between upgrading my phone and changing cords, the carplay stopped working. I disconnected and reconnected my phone, Took it to the Nissan dealership, tried a couple of cords. Nothing worked for months. Saw this cord and read reviews from customers with the same issue. Received it today and my carplay immediately connected. The dealership was suggesting a $200 update on my cars computer system. No way! I would give it an extra star if I could.

I got this charger to use in my car. it works great, but I've noticed that it charges my phone pretty slowly. Even when plugged in the house, with and without an apple charger block. Great other wise and much more affordable, but works ok.

I purchased this USB C cable for my car. I was looking for fast charging as well as high speed data transfer to support Apple Car Play seamlessly and this has turned out to be a great purchase. I tried other cables and couldn’t get the car to recognize my phone. I reached out to the car dealer who was of no help at all. After a few minutes of research, I found this budget friendly cable on Amazon and it’s been great!

My Equinox’s carplay hasn’t connected properly for years and no cord has worked so far, but this one connected it immediately!
