It does what I need.
I bought this for my horse so I didn't have to chase him around trying to cold hose his leg. I tried it on myself and it stayed in place. It stayed cold for about 30 minutes but it also does a good job of keeping the cold in even after it starts to warm up. I also think the amount of time it stays cold depends on the freezer you have it in. I like the way it fits and how easy it is to put on. I like the material. I think its worth the money. Overall I think it perfoms well.I do wish it gave you the option of how many you wanted to order though, instead of just sending one. I also wish it told you how you're supposed to warm it up, i think you're supposed to get it to room temperature then put it in hot water for a minute or in the microwave for 30 sec.
