My baby is teething and doesn't seem to get much relief from teething powders/gels. I used fresh fruit, mashed together and placed into the tray, then into the freezer. Once frozen i put one into the fruit feeder provided, and let him chew on it, He loved it, appeared to help with his pain alot. I will continue to use these for teething. They are also great for the summer, to give as a healthy ice snack.
