I absolutely love this stuff. These packets are bigger then most other brands. Saline packets are easy to open and use and appear to be waterproof which is a plus since its around water! Comes with a nice fabric carry bag so you take it out of the box and you can put them in the carry bag. Only thing I'd change would be give us a bigger bag to put all the packets in currently its a bag that will hold about half the packets. I actually have used these packets to rinse my mouth with saline water after dental surgery. Try them you'll like them.

I use these in my Navage machine. I stopped buying the Navage propreitary salt pods (which is the only bad thing about the Navage machine) and use these instead. Dissolves easily in the water and is the perfect amount for 1 use. You can't beat the price.

I have experienced leaks but that was user error, the nose attachment needs to be pushed on tight. The salt packet is soothing and just the right amount for the size of the bottle. It been safe and it definitely helps with nose breathing. Does exactly what I was looking for! Washing the irritates out my nose✅

Made in China. For folks looking for a domestically produced product at FDA regulated facilities - there are a few alternative options at comparable pricing on amazon. All packets are plastic - vs laminated paper. Seems like an overkill and wasteful from environmental standpoint. The package overall, form, look and feel...all very nice. The travel pouch is a nice touch.

Great price, easy open packets

Honestly, I have no idea what the "best" ratio of salt to baking soda is ideal. I can't find what ratio the big-name NeilMed uses. They just say it contains sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate. (Salt and baking soda). But not the ratio. This product, the Medi Grade, says on the package 99.5% sodium chloride, 0.5% sodium bicarbonate. So almost pure salt. The Rite Aid brand says it is 700 mg sodium bicarbonate, 2300 mg sodium chloride. So about 75% salt. Again, I have no idea what is ideal. But it would be nice if it wasn't so hard to find out what the ingredients are. And if you think you want more baking soda, then maybe the Rite Aid would be good for you. I have a 600 ml water flosser, and I had been using four (!) packets of NeilMed. I will only need two packets of this, the Medi Grade, and it's cheaper. So, this will save me money. Again, since I don't know what ratio NeilMed uses, I don't know if they exactly compare or not. But I'm sure this is good enough. On the other hand, while its cheap, it would be even cheaper to just use a teaspoon or two of salt from the store. Some reviews of this product claims it burns. Perhaps the users are used to using a product with less salt, more baking soda? I don't know, just a guess.

I used to get a sinus infection twice a year. Started using a Nettie Pot and haven't had a sinus infection in years. Challenge is the packets at grocery stores can be expensive. Started using these and they are a great product at a great price. The packet is actually twice the other packets so you can use half and they last twice as long. I've re-ordered and will keep doing so.

These are great. 130 packs that are double the needed size, works out to 260 doses. I see people complaining about burning or being too strong. They probably never read the directions. 1 pack is for 500ml of water. I have a Navage and I now use these for my salt as you can’t beat the cost. The dissolve was too easy. I barely had to shake it up. I pre mix in a glass measuring bottle. I 100% recommend these if you’re looking for a cheaper option that works well.

These are great, i was very jubious about trying any other brands, after using neilmed for so long. But the price was just getting to much for regular use, so after much research, i tried these, and just WOW not only are they much cheaper, but you get much more in them, so they last soo much longer. Also i find these are much much better, my nose has improved massively since starting these, so defo a 10/10 for me.

Not much to say, other than it works as intended. - As others have already mentioned, just keep in mind how much stuff there is in one packet VS the size of the bottle you are using. In my case, I use a NeilMed Sinus rinse bottle (240ml / 8 oz). - The packet for this product is 4gr VS the 2gr for a NeilMed, so I only use half of it per bottle... Works just as good. No irritation. - If you have a 500ml/16oz container, you can use the full packet. Happy with my purchase.
