I used to drink two Reigns, Bangs, or Rockstars a day. I switched to drinking two packs of Celsius powder a day. The changes have been amazing. Over the last 6 months I've dropped from 230lbs to 185lbs. I can't say for certain Celsius is the cause, but this all started when I switched to it. With no changes to my exercise routine. My theory comes from the fact that the vitamins in Celsius are more geared toward metabolism boosting than the other energy drinks. I used to have terrible back pain that is almost completely gone (the weight loss helped with that I'm sure). But in general all my muscles ache less than they used to. I used to have digestion problems resulting in bad constipation. Since I made the switch to Celsius I can go every day without taking any sort of laxatives. Personally this change makes me the happiest. I feel awake and alert throughout the day without the headaches and crashes that can come from the other more extreme energy drinks like Reign or Rockstar. These have been so amazing for waking up early and being productive. They don't give me the bad anxious over-energetic feeling the coffee sometimes does. They are also so much more affordable then buying a 12 pack of celcius cans at the store! I throw them in my backpack, mix them into my water bottle, etc. One of my favorite means of caffiene ever
