I was very happy with the Gaya cosmetics I received. The packaging was minimal but the feel of the container for the foundation is really expensive and has the look of a quality product. Through no fault of the company I purchased a shade lighter than what matched my skin. I had taken a long time to place an order due to the fact I found it difficult to decide which shade would best suit my skin. I can still use the foundation, but mix it with some other foundation to get the perfect match. It feels very light on the skin but has great coverage and instantly see the concealing affect. There are no heavy perfumes and I felt my skin could breath quite easily without feeling dry. I was drawn to the ethics of the company and I'm delighted with what I have received so far. I shall be trying out more of their products in the future. Gaya were quick to contact me to see what I thought of the items I'd bought. I explained about the shade being too light and they have asked me to send a photo and a reference to the foundation I have used before. I'm hoping this information means next time I'll get it spot on. They also assured me there is a natural sunscreen in their foundation which I'm delighted with.

This is a good quality powder foundation, feels fine and gives reasonable coverage and build up. Finer in consistency than the leading brand. I think the colour I picked is slightly pale for me, so it’s difficult to compare like for like. I’m a fairly medium in Bareminerals, which is the perfect match for my skin tone, this is a little lighter and more yellow than cool tones. It’s difficult to match online so I’d take care when ordering again. I got this when it was on offer which made it a reasonable price.

...its terrific...I was a bit concerned because it is after all a powder and I am not sixteen any longer...but...its fab...it does not settle into any laughter lines and gives beautiful coverage that looks healthy not too matt and layered or packed on...I have experience with the healing power of clays, after all they are of the same stuff we are organised from, and since this is mineral stuff my skin stays lovely too...the health of my soul is the first responsibility that I have because we are all in this together...my experience with Gaya and now with this makeup powder has been a blessing...many thanks!

Good quality but not enough coverage so had to return,

Soft, easy to apply, lasts a long time. Have bought a brush to apply it evenly and it goes on a treat - clever little filter thing on the inside of the pot with little holes in it, so you can't apply too much on one go. No strange tingly feeling on my skin (I have Very sensitive skin!) so can wear it with confidence. Keeps shine away for a several hours. I have number 2, which is very pale.

Product it's self is brilliant nice feel and good coverage but for the price and the size of the tub you would expect there to be quite an amount but there's not for the price it's not enough

Amazing product on first use (have never used mineral type powders for fear they will look caked on my dry skin and emphasis it! I'm already mega paranoid about my eczema on my face) tried it out and this is the first time a make up product hasn't made my skin burn or itch, really easy to use, the colour is perfect and doesn't look caked or even that I have much makeup on, concealed redness and dark circles without me having to use any other product, didn't make my skin feel dry, I'm so so pleased, even Better that it's all natural, not tested on animals etc, may order another in a darker shade for the summer, so chuffed, A +++++ (be aware though it's a small pot, although its high quality packaging with its wooden lid etc)

This foundation is a perfect colour match for my fair skin. It covers well and my skin looks smooth but it also looks natural so will be perfect for summer. The only issue I had was that it didn't last well on my nose as I have a shiny T zone. I emailed Gaya for advice and was really impressed by their response, great customer service. I now use a small amount of BB cream underneath and apply the powder foundation on my nose with a small brush which minimises pores really well and I finish with a setting spray. This lasts the day now and I'm very happy with the product.

Love it! This is definitely a Mineral Foundation in which you have to use a kabuki brush for application. 100% natural finish. It would take awhile to obtain full coverage, but I think it's possible. I purchased a Mineral Concealer to keep the natural finish but assist in dark spot coverage. Very impressed. I have tried many Mineral foundations and this is my 2nd favorite of all time. My favorite formula has changed (for the worst)/discontinued (Tarte). It is also acne safe because it does not contain pore-clogging ingredients.

Excellente produit ! Quelle surprise ! J'utilise d'habitude une autre marque, très chère, produit de parfumerie, haut de gamme, et je cherchais une alternative naturelle et beaucoup moins chimique. Eh bien, il a une couvrance supérieure à celle du produit que j'utilisais, un rendu mat peau parfaite et une super tenue (il reste collé à la peau, même après une heure de trail intense sous le soleil O_o du jamais vu ! ). Et un plus la composition est 100% naturelle, il n'a absolument rien d'irritant ou toxic. Incroyable

Juhu, bin begeistert! Ich trage seit vielen Jahren Mineral Make up, bisher fast immer von Bare Minerals! Ich habe auch einige andere Marken getestet, mit bisher immer extrem ernüchterndem Ergebnis. Ich bin leider so sensibel, daß ich sogar von Chanel Abdeckstifen Ausschlag bekomme, ich will jetzt nicht die diversen negativen Erfahrungen aufzählen, eben nur andeuten zum Verständnis. Keine Frage, mit Bare Minerals war und bin ich zufrieden, aber nicht mit der Entwicklung der Preise! Da es über Gaya so sehr viele positive Rezensionen gibt, hab ich mich einfach mal wieder getraut und siehe da, wieder einmal waren die Rezensionen anderer Kunden wieder absolut zielführend. Auf die Verpackung gehe ich hier jetzt nicht ein, das haben andere bereits erledigt. Ich bin extrem hellhäutig, war zunächst deshalb etwas skeptisch, als ich die Farbe MF2 dann in Natura betrachten konnte, doch das war komplett unnötig. Die Farbe passt perfekt zu meinem Teint, die Anwendung empfinde ich sogar angenehmer im direkten Vergleich, da Gaya nicht gleich bergeweise Material ausspuckt. Auch ist Gaya sehr ergiebig, ich bin fest überzeugt, daß ich deutlich weniger Gaya Mineral Foundation benötige, als von Bare Minerals. Das liegt ganz sicher auch daran, daß die Gaya Foundation sehr viel stärker abdeckt, sich aber dennoch nicht in Fältchen ansammelt. Die Gaya Foundation trocknet auch überhaupt nicht aus, sie ist also auch in dieser Hinsicht absolut vergleichbar und mindestens auf dem Niveau der Bare Minerals Foundation. Ich habe auch extra lange gewartet, diese Rezension zu verfassen, da ich abwarten wollte, ob meine Haut evtl. doch irgendwie negativ reagiert, aber Fehlanzeige, alles ist gut - keine Pickelchen, oder Ausschläge zu entdecken. Um die Vorzüge dieser Art Make up zu geniessen, sollte Frau oder Mann unabdingbar über vernünftige Pinsel verfügen, nur damit ist ein gleichmäßiges Auftragen gesichert und ermöglicht es auch wirklich in Windeseile top gepflegt und erholt zu wirken! Bisher kann ich nicht erkennen, daß überhaupt etwas fehlt an der Foundation, ich habe bisher offenbar kaum etwas entnommen, obwohl jeden Tag genutzt. Die Farbe ist wie gesagt top für mich, sie wirkt wirklich extrem natürlich, lässt mich aber dennoch sehr frisch wirken. Ich habe nichts finden können, worüber ich meckern könnte. Bleibt zu hoffen, daß wenigstens hier die Preise nicht über Gebühr anziehen werden. Eine wirklich super schöne Foundation für mich und eine ganz klare Empfehlung! Ach ja, zum Thema Frische fällt mir bei diesem Thema eigentlich nichts ein, bis auf die Wirkung, die mein Gesicht nach Anwendung hat. Einen Geruch konnte ich überhaupt nicht feststellen, ich meine die Foundation ist total geruchlos und unparfümiert.

Ich habe unzählige Mineral Puder benutzt und dieses macht das schönste Hautbild. Der Puder ist so leicht und fein, und liegt ganz leicht und weich auf der Haut und die Haut fühlt sich glatt und seidig an. Die Farbe MF 2 ist beim Auftragen sehr hell, verändert sich aber und wird dann zu einem sehr schönen frischen, leicht ins pfirsichfarben gehenden Ton. Es sieht den ganzen Tag schön aus und setzt sich nicht in den Poren ab. Die Deckkraft ist sehr leicht. Ich habe ein unruhiges Hautbild und muss mehrfach schichten, damit es deckt. Eine absolute Deckkraft, wie bei den anderen Mineral Pudern habe ich auch mit vielen Schichten nicht erreicht. Ich glaube für eine sehr unreine , unruhige Haut reicht die Deckkraft nicht aus. Daher 4 Sterne.
