Good quality product and the service is mindblowing . My bed side panel was broken after 2 monts use . And then i got the replacement with new side panel . Also they said i will again get 1 year additional warrenty on the product lets see . I suggest every one to buy their product . Good job

The cot that we bought has damaged but we got a good support from the seller within 2 days service was completed.We need to consider " The headboard set again looks like engineering wood inner side i. e; after broke. Outer part is solid wood.

I received the product with the left side of the frame damaged. I still decided to keep it and proceeded with the installation, but after sitting on the bed for the first time, the frame on the other side also broke.I raised a replacement request, and it took about 21 days for the replacement parts to arrive. Thankfully, the replacement parts were in perfect condition. It took another two days to get them installed.Although the initial experience was disappointing due to the damaged product, the customer support was helpful. They sent the replacement parts and also reimbursed the installation charges that I had to pay a second time for the replacement. Overall, the product quality at delivery was an issue, but the after-sales support was satisfactory.

Bed broke in the middle. There's a join in the middle of the side bars. They sent replacement of the bars, but again they broke today. Don't buy the non box option.

I wrote this after 1month. It is absolutely worth of cost and good strengthened bed. We are very satisfied with this comfortable design and quality. The packing method is very safe manner and the delivery also good.
