Fantastic value for money for what you get. The screen is fantastic, battery life is impressive too, and it gets frequent updates. The UI is fluid and I haven’t seen any lags. The design is very distinctive and all the whole the phone feels well made. Camera is okay in good light conditions but flagships are better in trickier conditions. However, given what you pay for this phone, I am not complaining.

Fast processor, excellent large screen - bright, good colour balance and, unlike some rivals, possible to cool backlight to make a fairly neutral white - and good sound quality through speaker and call reception. The camera improves a lot after early May firmware update. More natural colour than is the norm and very sharp. HDR not quute as effective as on Google Pixel 4a this phone replaced, but still pretty good. The phone is generally very bug free and battery lasts for ages. No wireless charging but, aside from that, really don't know what else most people would miss if they went for this rather than a more expensive phone.

This phone will do most things you want from a midrange phone . The operating system is very lean and is not cluttered with unnecessary apps etc . Very fast and responsive. Feels nice in your hand and I love the design and build quality. It is not heavy and cumbersome feels just right . Only one downside is the camera . It takes majority of pics well but no optical zoom but for this price you can't have everything. Would I recommend? Yes definitely. When I have had this for a couple of years maybe I will get there next top tier phone like the nothing 2 . One last thing which is essential for me is the battery life which last easily a day and half if normal usage . Love it

I'll keep try and keep this review updated (6 months and 1 year). My phone before the Nothing Phone 2a was the Pixel 6 and I'd been with Pixel since the 3, but unfortunately the price of the latest phones are just too high for next to no new features. The Nothing Phone 2a is not only an incredibly affordable phone and unique in looks, but it competes with the top end phones from Google, Apple and Samsung. No bloatware either which pushed me away from Sony/Samsung nearly 10 years ago. I'll update the review after a few months of use and see if anything changes, but so far very very happy with my switch to Nothing. UPDATE (2 years of use) Fantastic phone, still got a very strong battery life (all day at minimum) and no signs of dying any time soon

I bought this because it is a UK company and had really good reviews . I was not disappointed. It is classy , fast and does everything I want . The nothing interface takes a few hours to get used to after stock android but then you get used to it and understand how fantastic it is. I still think the flashy lights are a bit gimmicky but I can see some limited use for it . I have been using it for two days and still have 20% battery left after moderate use playing some games , messing with the camera which is more than functional and setting up all the transferred banking and apps from my old phone. The wifi signal is much stronger than my old Moto g7 and so is the mobile signal so I am very happy. If you want something different that wont break the bank . Get this phone

Nothing phone 2a is one the best phones on the market for android! Performs well! Phone quality is good, screen quality is better than a Samsung, memory of 256gb is pretty decent and the colour black isn't too glossy!

Known bugs for over a year with software means network looses connection, no service. Affects multiple networks and happens randomly. Unsafe for use, many times have I not been able to navigate home or transfer bank funds. I thought it was just my simcard or network, after my messages with support I'm past my return window. AVOID

Phone looks great, and is pretty fast in everyday usage, it's android so it's simple to use, the build quality is nice, however it's feels a little cheaper as the back is plastic ( although good quality ) and the phone doesn't weigh as much as some of the more premium ones. The issues show up pretty quickly however, the battery life is average but slower to charge than some rivals in the price point. I have owned this phone for 3 months and 3 times in this period I have gone to make a call and the phone refuses to dial out. I have to restaythe phone to be able to make calls, this is my biggest annoyance with this phone. The bluetooth quality is also really poor, I have some expensive earbuds and this phone disconnects, sends extremely sharp and shrill blasts of sound to the earbuds every so often and is intermittent in it's connection, and I'm sat less than 3 feet away from my phone whilst connected. Overall I can cope with the phone in everyday usage, however I change my phone's every 6 to 12 months as I like to try out new tech, I can say with all honesty I may be switching from this phone to another one before I get to 6 months ownership

Nice phone

Preis Leistung ist wirklich top. Auch dass keine Bloatware wie bei Xiaomi und den ganzen anderen china herstellern drauf ist ist sehr angenehm. Allerdings hatte ich einen recht unangenehmen bug aber der ließ sich doch noch regeln. Meldung beim Hersteller klappte reibungslos und schnell. Ich finde man es schade dass man sich bei simplen Sachen wie Kalender dann doch auf google verlässt aber man kann für knapp 270€ wohl nicht alles erwarten. Dafür bekommt man eine Kameraqualität die ich so bei Smartphones in dem Preisbereich noch nie gesehen habe. Akkuleistung ist mit dem Akkuschonenden bis 80% aufladen feature ähnlich wie bei voll aufladen bei meinen Handys davor. Ansonsten keinerlei Probleme. würde dem ganzen 4,5 geben aber Runde auf weil ich es gut finde dass es so ein Handy von einem europäischen Anbieter gibt.

Parfait! Le téléphone est arrivé en parfait état et est aussi bien que je l’espérais. Je ne l'ai que depuis peu mais je pense que c'est le meilleur smartphone que j'ai pu avoir, il est très pratique et a des fonctionnalités très intéressantes et innovantes selon moi. De plus, la réduction amazon est très intéressante étant donné la qualité du produit. (J'ai pris le Nothing 2a 12+256). Je recommande vivement.
