Been using this off and on for over a month with no issues. We use it for camping, fishing, lunches, etc and try to keep one freezer full of ice so we usually use it for a couple days then unplug it for 3-4 days before using again. We use the 00 setting for ice so it’s not solid (better for packing fish in) and it uses a whole 5 gallon water jug in about 10 hours which makes almost 40lbs of ice. I do wish the storage was a little bigger so it could make more ice at night without getting too full and stopping itself from making ice. I try and scoop the ice into freezer bags 4-5 times a day, every 3-4 hours during the day. The storage keeps the ice decently cold, you do lose more ice leaving it over night, usually about 10oz of water in the drain bucket in 8 hours. It’s been a great ice machine we’re very happy with our purchase! Definitely great for what we need!

Product was damaged I know we purchased used but it said it was in good shape. We needed it for our business so we didn’t want to wait so we tried it and it still worked but still disappointed in our purchase

It make ice crazy fast like 10 pound of ice is 24 hour easy to clean easy to install but a few down sides the water switch inside the machine does not shut off the water you'll need to hook up a water shut off for that. The film they use to cover the stainless steel is a pain to take off and you have to take the machine apart to take it off completely but other then that it's a beast at making ice

This has been a struggle to make ice it works on day and the next it doesn't I did trouble shooting I paid 30 dollars to talk to a technician nothing was solved so for me its not what I expected just disappointed I now think it was a used machine or a refurbished one when I got ice maker there was a scratch on the top my daughter told me to report it but my being the person I am am I didn't now I wish I did

Works very well, we set it over night and we have tons of ice in the morning. However you will need ice bags to hold the ice to store or put in freezer. The bottom is like an ice chest won’t keep the ice cold .

This leaks. Water is on floor constantly

Instructions are not clear at all but it has been making ice in my garage for about 2 months now with no issues.

If this product isn’t designed to keep the ice frozen, there’s no point in having it if you’ve got to remember to keep putting it into the freezer. Very deceiving, even if they did throw the disclaimer into the fine print.
