I am unable to download the data logger software. There is also no helpline number available for communication. An email has been sent, but as of now there has been no response from the OEM/dealer.

It's a legit dual probe k-type thermocouple at a bargain price. I picked this model because it is calibratable (though only single-point, iirc). I've worked as a professional metrologist. This will accurately read a very wide range of temperatures and do so instantly and repeatably. If I was using an instrument like this all day everyday I'd want something more robust like a Fluke meter. I'm not sure this thing would survive too many drops on pavement.

Perfect for live temp rise measurements on furnaces. The temp differential is super convenient, Large easy to read numbers, easy to use setting menu. This should be in every HVAC technicians gear bag. I stuck some little flat magnets to the back with double sided carpet tape to make it even easier to use in the field

Good value for the money. Temps vary by 0.5 degree celcius between the channels for me but I find that to be VERY normal for Type K thermocouple wire near ambient temperatures. I swapped out the supplied leads for a higher end type K wire and lead set and had the same deltas. Runs on 3 double A batteries and those will run about 24-30 hours in data logging mode. The unit is a bit power hungry IMO and I have swapped to rechargeable batteries that get me to 18-24 hours - enough for my use. Software has that sketchy feel to it - we all wonder if we are installing spyware...but it works and data can be exported to a CSV file pretty easily. Instructions were more than suitable and I did not find them confusing or lacking as others have here. Unit was purchased in early 2026. I feel it is fairly priced for what it does - would not pay $100 for it.

Have used about 50 hrs so far on different machines. It’s still working great.
