The mouse is very good, and the swappable switches/shell is the feature that made me decide upon it, as most mice develop double clicking issues overtime. But the software provided with it can be improved. Firstly, it only works if it's connected through the adapter or wired mode, and even though that's the case, it would have been good if the settings persisted in other modes as well, but it seems otherwise. The settings reset every time I switch to another mode. And the RGB customisation is average, hoped for custom color settings as well.

The mouse is overall good with a decent tracking, switches and feel. Battery life seems to be decent as well, by default the mouse ships at 500hz polling rate you need to change that to 1000hz via the software. Due to its light weight it might seem the plastic shells are cheap but they seem durable. Both the switches are fantastic. There is no crackling or rattling noises what so ever but I feel that the mouse must be taken care alot due to its overall structure one fall and it might break. The 3325 sensor is a bit downgrade for this price point i think because competitors like cosmic byte are providing way better sensors like the 3335IC 3370 which are in comparison with the Logitech Hero sensors. Overall performance doesn’t seem to be a compromise for casual gaming but for pro scenes you shouldn’t prefer this. If you have small hands this mouse is a perfect fit.

I like each & every aspect of this mouse. It fits perfectly in my hand, has one of the greatest clicks I have experienced. Overall build quality is nice as well, it's design is a conversation starter for my guests. Performance is great sometimes it lags on 2.4ghz mode when something or someone comes between mouse and receiver. Earlier I got a defective piece but it got replaced within 2 days and it was no big issue. Love the product as it is my first wireless mouse.👍

I think I have received an old, defective piece. The blue switch is mushy, doesn't bounce back, and often gets stuck. I can't recommend this product to anyone since it appears I received a defective unit, my experience has been very frustrated

I had researched about this mouse previously using kreo's website, YouTube etc. before buying. The mouse in paper is almost perfect. Having a computer based work, I regularly use more than 9 hours a day using computer, mainly mouse being a graphic designer. I was searching for a mouse just like this. I like all things in this mouse except 1 which I will mention below: PROS: 1. Removable cable with wired use for swift input. 2. Use replaceable switches is a first for me 3. Multiple connectivity options 4. Interchangeable back plates 5. Multi colour lighting (not much important to me, but welcome) CONS: 1 and only, atleast for me, is the mouse feels much larger than its specified size, I would have liked is size to be smaller So, my SUGGESTION for Kreo will be, there could be option to also change the back plates to make its size and grip as per the user. (Yes, I know about griphin, it was out of stock when I bought it, but it would be insanely cool if that mouse's grips could also be applied to it. That would make it perfect) Now I think if possible I would also like to buy that mouse also after some time, but alas, it seems not being manufactured anymore But if size is not a problem, it's like the perfect mouse
