Within just over 10 minutes, I had it fully assembled and learned how to operate it using the accompanying computer software.I've been using this machine for a week now, and it has been running flawlessly. The quality is exceptional, and it feels very durable. I was particularly impressed by the high-quality materials used in its construction, which seem very sturdy and resistant to damage.The compact size of the engraver is perfect for my small workspace, making it ideal for crafting small handmade items. Additionally, the store offers a wide range of accessories, which I’ll definitely consider purchasing in the future. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this engraver to anyone, especially those new to laser engraving.

The laser works pretty good. I just wish you could do more with the software

The precision is top-notch, with clean lines and clear patterns that look professionally done.I’ve dealt with some engravers that just didn’t hold up, breaking down after a few weeks, but not this one. It’s been rock solid. Plus, the customer service is something else—they’re super helpful and really seem to care, ready to assist with any issue that pops up.Safety’s a big deal for me, and this machine checks all the boxes: it’s got protections for machine offset, tilting, USB connection, beam integrity, voltage irregularities, and even an emergency stop switch. It’s clear they’ve thought of everything, which makes me feel a lot more comfortable when I'm using it.Bottom line: if you’re in the market for a reliable, safe, and affordable laser engraver, this is your best bet. Easy to assemble. Good design. , software is a nightmare to use , I gave up

I'm not new to laser engraving. I use a CO2 laser as my main engraver. I wanted a laser with a larger area to engrave some larger items so I purchased this laser. I know it's a diode laser so the strength would not be as near as my CO2 laser. I wanted it for basic engraving on things like wood, binders, etc. The instructions for assembly need work. There's very little detail, even though they have photos. I had to watch a video online to be able to put it together. I went to use this laser after setting it up in Lightburn and there was zero power to this machine, even setting it to 100%. You could barely even see anything I engraved on the test wood. Even after updating the firmware, still no luck. I was highly disappointed with this product as once together, it was very solid and perfectly square. The quality of the unit itself is great. Sad to see these other reviewers have such great engravings with it when I didn't. It's possible I just received a defective unit, but I packed it up and sent it back. I'll stay away from this brand.

Great laser easy assembly.. easy software down load and fired up right away... the wifi app hasnt worked yet.. but dont care.. the free laptop software is on point

The media could not be loaded. Compared to many etcher / cutters at higher cost this does amazing work. It can engrave like a 5W machine and cut like a 20W machine, but it's a lot cheaper than a 20W!It can cut thin materials like corrugated boards,If you have a higher demand for cutting results, it may not be a good fit for you!Assembly is easy. The software that it recommends does what I need so far. Ran a full test image of the horse.Satisfying detail design-The fact that it has a key to lock machine and emergency stop is a great added feature. If you have children, lock it with a lock when you leave the machine and you won't have to worry about safety hazards.So far, everything is ok. 12 months warranty is very reassuring. I'll be ready to give feedback if there are any problems.
