Perfect work headphones
Had to have specific headphones for my new work from home job. These work perfectly. They're super easy to set up, very durable and don't bother my ears like so many headphones do. Would definitely buy again.

No longer works 2 weeks after deadline to return... go figure
I really enjoyed my original plantronics C5200 set that I had for 5 years. The only reason I bought this new plantronics C3220 is because I got an upgraded computer that required a USB-c plug in. This "new" C3220 headset stopped working (no clue why, I clearly don't abuse my headsets) as the computer no longer recognizes the USB-c OR the USB (converted through a adapter) for the C3220. Confirming that my C5200 still plugs into that adapter (now that I have one). This C3220 headset was a waste of money and added unnecessary frustration WAY too soon after first purchase 2 months ago.

The noise cancelling microphone doesn't work
The microphone doesn't cancel BoiseI'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner and I work telehealth a couple days every week and I bought these so my patients don't hear my dogs playing with each other or whining but they don't work.They're fairly comfortable.The headphones are ok

Poly I’m still makes best headsets for conf calls
When you need to be on concalls and need to hear and be heard clearly, plantronics, now part of hp/polycom is the best. Tried other headphones, which were tuned more to music, they didn’t do the job for conf calls.Very pleased with this pair.Note: comes with two usb-c connectors, but only one usb-a adapter, so you need a free usb-c or an adapter.

Great for making calls - Good Mic
If you have to make a lot of calls or cold calls like working in sales, then you'll definitely want these.I've tested the mic many times using Voice Memos and it does a great job only picking up my voice and not other nearby chatter. Everyone always says my calls are so crisp and clear.Only downside is that they aren't super comfortable if you just want to listen to music or listen to things. I've got some ear piercings and they put a bit of pressure on them sometimes - so I can't wear the headphones all day. But for a few hours while I make some calls it's good

Entangled cord
The mic sound is good, but the cord gets entangled daily and it does not allow me to go far very irritating. The cord wraps itself up ughh!! Durability sucks badly!
