5 L Hybrid Nonstick Deep Sauté Frying Pan & Lid, Induction Ready

Lots of reviews on this pan - some good some not so good - my experience is very good. Beautiful finish - pan is expensive but I can confirm it also looks expensive. Easy to follow "seasoning" process to go through and then I cooked scrambled eggs - everything I was advised would be experienced was experienced - I could cook with lower heat and there was no sticking and finally after it had cooled I washed it very easily and it came up looking like new - so I bought 2 more and got rid of all my other non stick pans . So I fall in the camp of liking the pan very much - there are other lower cost alternatives and they may also be good , but I tend to buy once , spend the money and look for high quality - it usually works and in this case I am sure it will work well.

I don't often leave reviews but this time I felt I must ! This pan is fantastic and does exactly what it says on the tin. If in doubt ... just go for it !!

After contemplating a Hexckad pan for a while I bit the bullet and decided on this one. Only had it a week whichbis long enough to know its amazing. It's huge so covers all bases in being a frying pan, batch cook pan and deep fryer. Lots of my other pans are going to be retired as this thing performs on so many levels. It is expensive but I can see why, as it truly brilliant and excellent quality. I've put it through it's paces and a worthy investment.

This sauté pan is a present for hubby's Birthday, it is what he wanted, he really loves it,has not used it yet but loves the look and the weight,quick delivery. I am sure he won't be disappointed when he does use it, I am happy that he is happy.

It’s not a non stick pan and metal utensils will damage the surface. Don’t waste your money like I did. You can have mine for free. Do your research and you will see these pans are not as advertised.

Wish I could give it more stars! It cooks meat more crispy than my pampered chef pan. It’s great for starting a meal on the stovetop then transferring it to the oven in the same pan. Super easy to clean too. The food just slides off. I’m super impressed. As soon as my 12 inch and 10 inch pans need to be replaced I will buy the same brand. According to directions it can be washed in the dishwasher, but I haven’t tried that. It’s bulky, so it takes a lot of room, however washing it is so easy, because NOTHING sticks! I believe it will last much longer than my other pans, so it will be less expensive in the long run.

Honestly, one of the best purchases I’ve made in a while. The pan is a bit heavy so that takes some getting used too. Other than that; the food just glides as if it were silk. And it’s super easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher. Yes please !
