I mostly use these buds when walking my doggo in the mornings (missus is still in bed, so this is "me time") and they're what our friends across the pond would call a "game changer". They fit my ears really well, haven't fallen out or even needed shoving back in a bit and they do this without feeling tight. Perfectly comfortable even after wearing them for over an hour and a half (yes, doggo gets a good walk in the morning). These are most comfortable buds I've ever used. When I use them on the bike, they stay in place, even when I've got a dab on. Sound wise they're pretty damned good. There is a saying, "No highs, no lows, they must be Bose" but that isn't a criticism I would level at these; good frequency response with no noticeable bumps or dips. I thought the one cymbals on Hotel California were a little messy and had to listen to the track on my main hifi... the messiness is on the track! :) Now for the best bit, the noise cancellation can only be described as "WTF?". Very impressive! The raucous noise of the pub near closing time fades into a background murmur. Humming and clicking noises of the office almost disappear completely. Traffic noise is almost completely eliminated. On a dog walk a few days ago, I felt the ground shaking and thought "What, is this an earthquake?" then the lorry passed me. I nearly jumped out of my skin! No more noise than a breath of wind... incredible. Can't wait to wear these on my next long haul flight, bring your screaming babies on board, I don't care! Another plus with noise cancelling is that you can listen to music at a much lower volume and still hear it all. Controls are standard stuff, 1 tap to play, pause and answer calls. 2 taps to skip a track or hang up a call but with these you swipe up and down to control the volume. Piece of cake. Press and hold to change noise cancelling modes. I always opt for "Immersion". If I had to nit-pick, I'd say they could go up a little louder, but then I've got old fart's ears and am probably going a bit mutton. Also, the app has a bit of trouble connecting to them sometimes Overall I'm mightily impressed, well Done Bose. Fab gear!

Had them for a year now, no issues the battery life gives me quite a bit between use, I use them for about 2 hours a day every other day on the train and charge them every 2 weeks not that they're run out but only for piece of mind. The noise cancelling is bonkers good and the fit straight out of the box perfect although you do get a couple of other adapters.

DO NOT BUY THESE EARBUDS! Please, I am doing you a favour, save your money and mental health. Most of these earbuds will be faulty and you will experience connectivity issues, static and crackling noises and loud thumping noises that will ruin any attempt to enjoy your audio content. I received my pair and within a week I was no longer able to use then due to connectivity issues. As a workaround, I chose to delete the Bose app which fixed the problem but left you with limited control, basically rendering the products capabilities. It's a premium and expensive product, you should not have to find workarounds to use it. Soon after, I started experiencing loud thumping noises that were unbearable: if you're using public transportation, exercise or even walk, you will hear these noises. There is no fix or workaround for this. Three weeks into using them, the right earbud started making a static noise and at this point they were basically useless. These issues are experienced by many, many customers who regret purchasing this product: please check r/Bose on Reddit and you will see. Instead of returning them I decided to contact Bose customer service who agreed for a replacement which took over 6 weeks to arrive, despite them saying it will take between 1 and 3 weeks. Also, my original unit was Moonstone Blue but Bose customer service said that since those were limited edition and no longer in stock, I must choose one of the basic colours and I ended up with a colour I never would've chose in the first place. I received my replacement after a long wait and guess what? Issues again, crackling noises in the right earbud, the same connectivity problems and so on. This must've been one of the most frustrating purchases I have ever made in my life. I contacted Bose customer service, hoping to get a refund which was refused because of buying them from their official Amazon store. What??? And due to waiting the replacement for 6 weeks, I missed the return period by Amazon. I ended up having to return my 2nd pair and exchange it for a colour I never would've bought in the first place, while having to hope that the 3rd pair will not be faulty. And after reading a comment on Reddit from a customer saying he's expecting his 6th replacement, I don't have high hopes. Please, save yourself the frustration and go for Sony, Technics or even the budget brands because you will definitely get something better and for much less than these Bose failed earbuds. The stock they are shipping currently are either refurbished units that have not been properly tested or they have a big manufacturing problem related to the hardware used. Considering they are made in China, you can imagine the level of quality control the units are subjected to. P.S. The 2nd replacement, as can be seen in the picture, even came with a crooked button, are you serious? I'm disgusted by this product and I will never touch a Bose item ever in my life.

I have used in ear headphones for years and am easily pleased so don’t normally go for this level of headphone, but along came some vouchers and Wow! The sound is amazing; the noise cancelling is just fantastic; it chills me out in noisy places, immerses me in my books or music, films etc. I often just put them in to shut out the rest of the world and keep me calmer. The fit is great. Just take the time to try out the different sizes and when you get the right size for you, you will know. They never fall out (walking, small bursts of jogging - no sprinting or long jogging sessions so can’t comment on those). I read some comments about the battery level in the case not being available and yes, it can be a pain because it can be too late for the next session of listening but it hasn’t affected me often. There were also comments about getting the earbuds out of the case which was noticeable at first, but then I worked out you simply push each earbud in gently towards the centre of the case and they are then easy to extract. Highly recommend these headphones; I am thrilled with them.

These are the first Bose product I've really liked...for context I'm not into reference , I enjoy gentle colour and soundstage. I love space and natural bass. Bose sound sport were disappointing, and Yamaha, Apple, Samsung earbuds all sounded small and narrow. Not these. Just in stereo mode these recreate well separated clear instrumentation across electronica, classic, EDM , jazz and rock...detailed and rich bass, pleasant minds and detailed highs that only get slightly shouty at full volumes... but far out the immersive mode.....what kind of technowizardry is this? The separation starts to stray into the territory you get with decent DACs. Whilst obviously not 100% accurate it's so dam nice and moreish everything from Max Braiman to Liz Frazer to Wagner to System of a Down were injected with a space and size and shine and I smiled so hard it squeezed them out of my ears..one tip adjustment later and a grin couldn't displace them. In all honesty if you want peak quality wirelessly you need over ears ( Shure are the most musical to me) BUT if you want small form discretion and convenience ( plus the best noise cancelling period) I heartily recommend these. Convenience wise the app downloaded easily after they earbuds found my phone and linked up effortlessly. I'm no Bose fanboy, but these are massively worth the extra expense. You get what you pay for with these... Consider me amazed.

I liked the sound quality and the noise blocking. It really cuts out most background noise. The controls switching from aware to silent are a bit unpredictable. Because I always use the silent mode when playing music it does not bother me.

Son una barbaridad de cascos. Suenan de maravilla y la cancelación es excelente. La ergonomía es muy buena. El único pero que tienen es la conectividad. Va por actualizaciones pero a veces se desconectan solos o no conectan bien y para el precio que tienen deberían de cuidar esto mucho.

Aktualizacja po roku (październik 2025). Jakość dźwięku itp bez zmian, natomiast pojawił się problem z ładowaniem od kilku tygodni. Słuchawki nie ładują się na ogół powyżej 80%. Np po nocy w etui rano słyszę po założeniu słuchawek, ze naładowanie to 80%. Recenzja: Szukałam słuchawek z najlepszym ANC na rynku (w tym budżecie przynajmniej). Jakości dźwięku nie oceniam, bo się na tym nie znam, a i raczej nie słucham muzyki. Jednak na ucho laika brzmią dobrze. Używam ich głównie w pracy, bo biuro jest hałaśliwe i gwarne. Poza tym, noszę je na spacerach, w drodze i w komunikacji miejskiej. Funkcja Aware, jak zwykle, wyolbrzymia wszystkie dźwięki, więc używam jej sporadycznie. Wolę po prostu wyjąć słuchawkę z ucha, jeśli zajdzie taka potrzeba. Immersja brzmi ciekawie, daje wrażenie przestrzenności, ale zużywa więcej prądu niż tryb Quiet, więc trzeba to mieć na uwadze. Słuchawki mają czasami problemy z multipoint. Używam ich między komputerem w pracy, telefonem i laptopem w domu. Czasami ewidentnie nie potrafią się dobrze połączyć, gdy następuje zmiana urządzenia. Coś im się myli i trzeba ręcznie rozłączyć i ponownie połączyć, zwłaszcza jeśli oddalę się od urządzenia na tyle, że dźwięk zaczyna przerywać. Potem pojawia się problem z wznowieniem połączenia. Obudowa jest średnia – wyjmowanie słuchawek wymaga czasem kilku prób, bo łatwo się wyślizgują, może przez zbyt mocny magnes. Niemniej jednak, po przetestowaniu wielu innych modeli, wybieram te właśnie ze względu na ANC.
