Solid, Rugged Keyboard Stand That Folds Up Nicely!
This stand is excellent for supporting even heavy music keyboards, so it will work for keyboards with full hammer-action as well as lighter semi-weighted or unweighted keyboards. The height is adjustable which makes it ideal for my uses in a small office that is also a music teaching studio. I have set it to a height where I can slide the stand under my desk (without the keyboard) to move it out of the way when I'm not using it. That also makes it an ideal height from which to play when sitting down. But it can be raised up to where I (5'11" tall) can play easily standing up. It's a modified Z stand, which means that the cross bar which holds the two upright supports together is out of the way of my legs so I can play sitting down to play and sit at the keyboard just like I do with an upright piano. I say modified Z because the way the legs are they support the stand and keyboard excellently but they can swing towards each other when I want to store the stand flat somewhere. The bars on which the keyboard sits can be adjusts to be flat or angle down if so desired. That means that this could be used in addition to other stands, raised up and angled so that it could support a second keyboard if desired. There are accessories which can be purchased to go with this stand to support other things above the keyboard if desired. The width of the stand is adjustable to accommodate smaller as well as larger keyboards. For my uses, in a not-active environment, I'm keeping it as narrow as it can be and it still does an excellent job supporting my Arturia KeyLab Essentials 88 mk3 keyboard. It comes with keyboard straps which you can install or not as you choose -- for an active environment I'd suggest using them so the keyboard can't be knocked off the stand. It also has a headphone hook which also can be installed or not as you choose. All the adjusting screws and the screws which hold the stand together and allow for adjusting the angle of the keyboard supports are all easily hand-tightenable so that it's easy to set things so the stand can lie totally flat to store under a bed or a couch when not in use. BUT they can also be totally removed so the stand can be easily disassembled for even easier storage if you don't have something to slide the flattened stand under. This is the only stand I've found which is so versatile and yet so rugged when ready for use!

Sturdy, Great Quality Keyboard Stand
I just bought a new Yamaha P525 which is a heavy 48 pounds. I knew I needed a good quality stand that was also packable in case I needed to move. This stand is great. The instructions were clear and the stand is pretty easy to set up. After set up you can just condense everything and pack it up making it very portable. I love this stand and despite it being portable I don't feel like I lose any features that you would typically lose when opting for a portable model of something.

Versatile
I like it but I haven’t stored it folded so we’ll see. Probably a five. It looks like it will be easy to live with. I needed a stand that would fit the smallest piano. Most of the others are x shape and it’s not easy to find the sweet spot with height / width ratio. So a vertical/width expansion made more sense to me. I want it low so I can’t say how stable they’d be in higher :positions but looks sturdy enough for the big high configuration. Good grip surface. To do is learn is how it will store, if I ever do. I might get something else if I go pro. Not. It’s a versatile choice but may be a little heavier than others. Total lost, barely rank musician. So there’s that.

Great stand
More stable than any x stand. Better than most z fold stands. Would be great for kids playing. Adjusts down pretty low. Only thing I'm not really fan of is the foam tape that cushions the piano deck. It's not durable enough for life on the road. Rubber would be a much better material instead of the foam.

Five star all the way
I looked at multiple brands of these piano keyboard stands, and what stood out to me is the foldability and ease of assembly. However, what made it an even better 5 star experience is the note the seller included, with a hand written note in it!!! I'm all for supporting small business so that made me feel like I made the right choice. I've been using this for 3 months now and it has been holding up well before writing this review too. When I don't use it I just fold it up and put it in the corner with my gym equipment and you won't even notice it's there!

Super Solid - No Rocking
I have a Yamaha CK88 and it is very deep from front to back with all of the controls. This stand holds it perfectly with no rocking or moving around while I’m playing - and I’m pretty heavy handed playing musicals. Definitely use the provided grippers that stick to the top. You have so much more leg and pedal room with this design. So far I think this is the perfect keyboard stand, and I’ve been through a lot of them over the years. Great product.

Una maravilla
Me encantó!
