I bought this for my daughter who runs half marathons. She says it's really good for after her runs. Love the fact that there's four varieties so you're not just drinking the same thing all the time. It's a little salty for me but then I don't like salt. But highly recommend this for anyone who does intensity workouts or sports activities. And to be honest my daughter when with her friends one night and she kind of tied one on, used this to drink the next day and she felt amazing. So there's that as well lol. But it definitely replaces your electrolytes when you need it. Highly recommend it. It's very easy to use as well because you just ripped the pack and put it in your water.

Overall, This is a good product. Everything is well packaged and contains a good amount of sodium which works well for normal hydration, unlike other products that contain huge amounts and are more geared toward those that are doing long intense exercise/sauna sessions. The flavor overall is decent., I have tried all of the ones that come in the variety pack and while none of the flavors are bad, I wouldn't go so far as to say any are great either. They are all kind of meh. I have definitely had better tasting electrolytes.

Not sure if the taste is supposed to be this bad, but its pretty bad. Like an old school vitamin flavor but worse. I've had every other brand and this one im sure can hydrate you but so can others and not taste this bad.

I naturally have low salt due to medication. I often feel fatigued, have difficulty concentrating especially working long shifts as a staff nurse. I do drink 80-120oz of water a day. After realizing I was depleting my salt, I purchased these. I chose this brand as it has less sugar than other brands. I would dilute the package in a cup of warm/hot water, whisked with an fork and instantly felt more alert. These packets are the same size as other brand name single serve packages. The mixture wast tart if I didn’t add at least 8oz of warm water. Odorless. Expensive, but worth the health benefits for busy individuals. Easily dissolved in water.all flavors were good. I have purchased this several times since, pink being my favorite flavor.

wow…. upping the electrolyte experience. passionfruit is my favourite flavour, but as a first timer buying from them, the variety pack helped me narrow down and pick my favourite flavour out of all the other delicious ones !

I just started red light therapy and this combined with that has me so energized in the morning. I would recommend starting your morning with a package of this and then wait 30 mins to an hour before consuming any caffeine. I feel like an energizer bunny. My motivation has come back. Great product :). I gave four packets to 2 friends and my husband. All loved it.
