For the best and fastest results, you must file off the top coat completely before applying the remover. If the top coat is not removed, the liquid cannot penetrate the gel or acrylic layer.

Why does it take long time or require multiple applications to remove my gel/acrylic nails?

The removal time depends on the thickness of your nails and how well the top coat is filed. For gel polish, 1-2 thick layers after filing are usually enough. For thick acrylics or dip powder, the formula works by breaking down layers sequentially.

Can this kit remove heavy 3D sculpted gel flowers or thick acrylics?

Yes! But 3D gel flowers and thick acrylics are highly hardened. Clip or file off the bulk 3D art/thickness first. Once you reach the flat base layer, apply the remover gel to dissolve the rest easily without wasting product.

It doesn't work well on my 3D nail art or thick gel. What should I do?

For 3D art or thick gels, physical filing is essential. File down the bulk of the thickness first. Then apply a generous layer of remover. Very thick nails may require repeating the "apply, wait, and push" process 2-3 times.
