very easy to use, light weight an works very well
this lil beauty is one of THEEE best things I used it is so quiet while running my dogs just watched it clean it is so easy an smooth its unreal , wasnt expecting it to work so well due to others iv had it gets up to 212° as it cleans. you can actually see the steam I loved useing it, I tryed it this morning an it cleaned perfectly the swivel is awesome. id definitely recommend this beauty I waited to use it cuz I forgot the solution for it but thats been purchased, it worked better then any mop iv ever had nice long cord , only 2 buttons , has a monitor screen on unit itself so u can tell how hot it gets , having dogs theres always something stuck to the floors but now lokks so njce an clean, love this im.meaving before an after pictures from this morning huge difference!!! an tbe fact i can toss them in washer is a huge plus, I did get extra pads so I dont have to worry about it later on , ill be set for these floors for a long time. thank you Bissell

Great Stream Mop!
I love this thing! It is smooth and quiet and really cleans well. I have a 2000+ sq ft house, but the four bedrooms are carpet, so I am able to fill the container just once with the Bissell cleaner and it is enough for a full clean of the tile in my kitchen, and entry way, and all the LVP in the main living room, and both dining areas. I do have to move the cord to a new outlet once during the session. I have one cat that leaves dusty footprints and the occasional vomit spots around the house, but the steam mop tackles those areas with a streak-free shine. This mop is extremely portable, lightweight, and seems like it just glides over the floor surfaces with ease. The steam heats up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit, and there is definitely dirt that has been removed because it shows up on the two circle pads when I’m done. No more mop and bucket for me! I simply throw the dirty pads in the washer, put the two new clean pads on (I recommend getting an extra set with your purchase so your mop is always ready to use, or for those really dirty jobs), refill the container with fresh cleaner and my mop is ready for the next time. I am not sure why I didn’t buy this a long time ago! Definitely recommend!

Went through 3 mops, 2/3 broke around the 1 month mark. DO NOT BUY
This is the worst steam mop I have ever used. I have been through 3 of these! The first issue was my fault, our puppy chewed through the cord. I had loved the mop so much at first I eventually purchased a 2nd one. This second mop worked great and then stopped working after exactly 1 month. The mop head still spun, the machine was heating up but the machine had stopped producing steam. This may have also been my fault as I did put a little all purpose cleaner in tank so I thought I might have ruined it. Reached out to Amazon support who was willing to send a 3rd mop. I got the mop back on July 20th of 2025, I mop once a week on the weekends and as of today, August 17th, the mop stopped producing steam again! This time I followed the instructions to a 2. I never kept the water tank stored on the machine, I only used distilled water and just over a month with this 3rd mop it stopped producing the steam. I am beyond fed up and will be switching back to my shark steam mop I once had. I thought for the price, durability of the machine based on weight and customer service I was just having bad luck but turns out this is just a terrible product. I had read through reviews to only see other having the same issue, I just cannot understand how after 3 mops, I ran into the same issue and any troubleshooting the manual advised did not work. I had always loved bissell and their products but this has turned me away and I was trying to use it as honestly as I could especially after the 3rd mop. Do not buy this mop, look elsewhere and honestly don’t invest this much. I don’t think steam mops in general are meant to last that long anyway but the best luck I had was with my simple $40 shark one. I tired to invest in a more expensive product thinking it would be worth it but it’s been nothing but a nightmare and a headache all year. Absolutely terrible.

My new best friend!
Note: I am not a "Vine" customer, did not receive this product at a free or reduced cost and have no affiliation with Bissell. I just bought the dang thing and, well, I just LOVE the dang thing! My purchase story: We recently purchased a 25-year-old doublewide manufactured home to use as a summer cabin and I tried everything to clean the original 1999 white/bisque vinyl sheet flooring. I Swiffer-ed (MANY times). I wet mopped. I used 409 and scrubbed. I even got down on my hands and knees with Mr. Clean pads. Nothing got the embedded grime out of the pebble-textured flooring to my satisfaction. Then my Bissell arrived. I filled up the water tank and got to it -- and I am IN LOVE. For the worst spots, I used a spray cleaner first and then the Bissell set on steam mode. What Godsend. It cleaned this floor nearly like new. The photo shows the pads after I did only 1/3 of my kitchen flooring -- and that is AFTER it had been cleaned and mopped numerous times. The Bissell got up dirt nothing else did and it did it without breaking my back, my arms or my bank account. The white pads are how they look new. The pads on the machine show the dirt I got up in just minutes. You can see the dirt for yourself, and like I said, that was after only 1/3 of my kitchen floor was "Bissell-ed." (Oh, and these pads pop into your washing machine so are reusable.) This steam mop is exceptional, especially for the price. I'm buying another for my house in town that has sealed oak hardwood floors. PROS: Super easy to use with self-propelled power glide, easy-to-fill water reservoir tank (takes about 16 oz of filtered/bottled water), water lasts a long time, has a power cord rather than battery which means you don't loose scrubbing power and can mop as long as you'd like, steam button is easily accessible, steam is hot and effective, and I could go on for an hour with beneficial features. I have no CONS to report! Seriously! It's light and is a cleaning BOSS. I am a very happy customer.

Great purchase!
I purchased 2 lemons of a different brand last year. I wasted time, money, patience…and decided not to buy any more of these. The only reason I changed my mind was because of the reviews on this specific brand/cleaner…& being desperate. It came in a smaller box so I was worried if that’s why this product was on sale. Lol. The size is actually perfect for anyone. It’s not tiny, so don’t let the box fool you. The look, quality, and cord length met my expectations. The steam output adjust to whatever kind of floor you may have. The temperature sets itself (depending on if you have tile, hardwood, etc.) It’s durable and was simple to put together. It cleans and sanitizes extremely well which is what I was looking for since it’s the start of lets spread more germs season. It cleaned up a lot of tough spots my other non steaming cleaner was not. The mop pads need changing if you realize it’s not working as well on your floor or if you realize it’s leaving “grits” of dirt. Wait a few moments before popping them out because they can be hot. (They are easy to remove) It collects/cleans fast. Since it rotates at the bottom & not in any specific shape, it doesn’t get into direct L corners but truly close enough. After I was finished, I wash the mop pads in the washer on hot water and added a drop of bleach the first time and then I dried them on low in the dryer. Came out brand new and ready to use again. You’ll receive 4 with this purchase so that’ll give you time to order more if needed. So glad I made this purchase and while it was on sale:-)

An amazing steamer for tile floors!
This floor steamer did a great job of refreshing my tile and cleaning those tough discolored-but-cant-get-it-clean high traffic tiles. There was nothing I did not like about this awesome steamer. You do need to use distilled water. It wasn't difficult to assemble, instructions are well explained. There are two settings... steam cleaning and sanitizing. I chose sanitizing. You cant use this machine quickly. You may need to give 4 or 5 passes in tough areas and move slowly. Takes time but zero effort. You do need to sweep and mop WELL before you use this machine. It doesn't pull up dirty water so the floors need to be as clean as you can get them first or you'll have a mess. What impressed me is after all done and dried, those stubborn areas are clean and the entire floor is brighter. Used much less water than I expected. NO chemicals! NO loud machine sounds, its nearly silent, so a pleasure to use. Glides and guides you around the floor so NO pushing, hardly any pulling. The pre-mopping did my back in but using this steamer required very little effort. The swivel feature is great. Along baseboards I turn the head long and it pulls along the wall, deep cleaning right up to the wall. It's not messy. Turned out great. Clean, uniform, brighter. I peeled the pads off to wash, they were black. And after I mopped as well as I could! I put them in a washer with a beach towel and washed in warm water with reg detergent. Came out clean as new. Set them on an outdoor table to dry. Says you CAN dry them in a dryer but there are plastic bits that I think would warp somehow so I discourage a dryer. I cant say enough good things. I am standing in my kitchen like Maria spinning on the hilltop. Lol

Remarkably effective for tile and sealed hardwood
I have 3 rooms, an entryway and a laundry room that all have slate-like porcelain tile. I mop them weekly with a Wet Jet style floor cleaner. I thought all the floors were clean. Look at the photo of the 2 sets of machine pads in the photo. One set is new and the other is after my cleaning of my floors with this Bissell floor steamer. They are exactly the same pads when clean. One note. Make sure you fully connect the handle when assembling the device. I didn’t have the handles pressed together fully and it didn’t make the proper electrical connection. I figured it out quick - just a heads up. For $100 this is the best floor cleaner I have ever used for my tile and hardwood floors. It doesn’t leave streaks and with 212 degree steam produced, you know the floors are really clean. Hope this helps! Then this Bissell floor steam cleaner arrived. The build quality is very good for the price. The steam process works well, there are no chemical odors because distilled water has no odor. The water tank capacity is a bit small. I cleaned about 600 sf of tile and hardwood floors and I used 1.5 tanks of distilled water - one tank refill. One irritation is the product registration process on the Bissell website. It is very annoying. They want model number but not with the letter at the end. But they don’t tell you that, you have to figure it out on your own. They want a password that is caps, special characters and numbers but none of this combinations worked. I got locked out of the registration process so I’m still not registered. Bissell HAS to fix this nonsense!

Good cleaning steam mop with a few quality issues
This does a great job cleaning wood, tile and/or vinyl floors with ease, but have experienced some quality issues, including a broken handle and failure of the spin functions within the warranty period. It does come with a 1-year factory warranty, and we have found it relatively easy to go direct to Bissell customer service to obtain "free" replacement parts (suggest registering and saving your cleaner serial number). So far this is still our first choice due to the results of using it, and hope quality issues are not recurring. The floor compatibility, weight and cord length are good and would have rated higher except for the part issues that were taken care of by the manufacturer.
