I have taken 8 tests with a standard fecal occult test at walgreens and they all showed negative.This 1st fit test showed positive. Which is accurate?

The FIT test is looking for blood in your stool. If it is positive, there is blood in your stool. It is a very sensitive test.

Why does test have to be read in 5 minutes?

The testing strip begins to dry out.

The FIT test is CLIA Waived and OTC cleared

I had a very faint line after 5 mins, when I went and checked it after 20ish mins there was no line at all. Could the line have been from the angle?
