Good sized chunk and good value for size of bag.
Big sugar chunks, perfect for leige waffles. Taste like sugar and crunchy texture. Do not dissolve in waffles or baked goods like scones. Has plenty of servings in the bag.

Perfect add in for sweet pockets
These were amazing! Worked perfectly added into a dough for a nice caramelization on bottom and made the pastries sooooooo sweet I loved it. Will be ordering again for baking <3

Liege waffles anyone?
I have ordered this product several times now and have been really pleased with how it works for making liege waffles. My family really enjoys them and the needed ingredient that you can't get locally, (at least near me) is this sugar. The texture and caramelization they provide is great. This product is a nice price because most of the other brands charge nearly the same price for a third or half the product.
