Great quality non-slip resistance bands
Great quality, high resistance and I love the fabric and non-slip strips. Unlike rubber bands Iโve used these are wider and do not roll or slip whilst you exercise. Iโd say these are quite high resistance so if you are beginner they may be a little tight but Iโm very happy, thank you

Well made, very strong. I feel these are for very fit people, they have nearly no give.I bought another type which are large elastic bands, the bands have different strengths which made it much easier for me to start at the relevant band strength and build up my hip, leg and knee strength over time.
