Rip-off blade replacements
The instructions that come with the "Weed Whacker 2.0" say, "For optimal performance and hygienic operation, blade should be replaced EVERY 3 MONTHS" (yes, in CAPITALS, with a suggestion to sign up for an automatic "replenishment plan"). To charge more than half the price of the whole machine for such a small replacement part is OUTRAGEOUS. It is a comparatively expensive machine to start off with but I chose it because it got the Best Buy recommendation from Which? No matter how good it is, I wish I hadn't.

Love the weed whacker for trimming nose hairs
Love the weed whacker. I bought the original blade as a back up for the future when it was on sale. Didn’t want to take the risk of one of the third party replacement blades when the original works so good

Saved my Weed Whacker from the trashbin
I hated the Weed Whacker V1. I was shopping for a replacement and the 2.0 listing popped up. I figured I could send it back if it was as bad as the original. But - it works they way it’s supposed to.
