Good product,but water leakage is the issue

Better than buying from retail store. I could only find 3 star rated products, didn't find many products with 5 start saving rating on retail store, and they were really expensive. Usually I used to prefer buying from retail stores, because it was easier to get support in old days, but now everyone will ask you to contact brand for support. So I decided to take a chance this time and it paid off well. Got great discount and delivery was excellent. I inspected the fridge before sharing the pin and couldn't find even a single scratch. I am so happy with the quality of product. I am planning to buy electronics from amazon from now onwards.The only thing you should check when buying Samsung single door fridge is that it may not have enough space as you would require. The trays won't go all the way back, so less place to keep and I believe they could do a better job of utilizing the entire 189 L capacity. But I knew about it, and it suited my need and budget, so no complains. You can't get everything you want in a product.

The product is good, no doubt.The design is good and looks premium.But I found one design issue that is quite irritating.There are two egg shelves, and below the egg shelf there is an egg-shaped base. Because of this, I can't fit even a small bottle on the shelf below. (Please see the attached images.)I also can’t rearrange the shelves, so one small bottle simply can’t fit there. I don’t know what size of bottle I need to buy.Samsung should think about this.

This refrigerator came malfunctioning and it was not cooling properly when we started it and the delivery person who delivered told us that he will not start and test the refrigerator it's not his work and he sad we should on the fridge afte 3 haours of installation and he denied to check for any malfunctioning. But when we switched on the fridge after 3 hours the fridge was not properly cooling even after 24 hours of switching on. Therefore I requested for a replacement then a call came from customer care and they tried for call resolvement and after it wasn't resolved then they sent a repair person after 2 days to repair but we said that. We bought a new refrigerator not repaired it doesn't worked properly even for one day so that we want to replace it not repair and he was saying that replacement can't be done, it can only be repaired it was very disappointing that I bought a repaired fridge at the price of new.😥😥They are just showing you that replacement is possible but in reality they will not replace the fridge at any cost, they will repair it.Edit: after repairing my fridge worked well it's been 1 year but a problem started that is air pressure at the fridge door, the door jammed very tightly and need high amount of force to open and it is happening again and again. Also the handle of the fridge is note steel neither of high quality paint it's been black I am attaching q pic

I ordered this on 2nd October but it was delivered today i.e 21st October. I guess because of Sales and all it was delayed. I don't mind the delay as I wasn't in hurry. I got at 15k as compared to offline retail store(19.9k). Delivery person was very friendly and he even explained the features. The refrigerator is great and has no issues.This was my first electronic purchase from Amazon and it didn't disappoint me. Looking forward to shop more from Amazon. You can go for it without any doubt.

The design is as far it is shown ,but the product had so many danttt..I would replace it but it will again take so much time to deliver so I just let it slide..
