My wife and I use this oil for all of our cooking needs and it's truly made a positive difference in our lives. I can't attribute ALL of my weight loss on using this Moroccan, cold press Olive oil but I'm certain it deserves significant credit for my weight loss. 226 pounds down from 375 is pretty good, in about a year and a half.....without Noom or any other synthetic weight loss programs.I have a couple of tablespoons of this olive oil nightly, mixed with with balsamic vinegar, and a couple of spices. It works. That's all I can say. I've tested this olive oil myself to confirm it's not one of those fake, cheap extra virgin, oils commonly sold today.Good stuff. Do not consume it by itself. It will definitely get attention from the back of your throat. That's a normal reaction.nI give it an easy 5 star rating. We love it.
