Great little knife
When I order this knife I did not realize I already had it's big brother the Nova an inch and a half bigger. In fact I liked the Nova so well I had ordered a second one. Will when I saw the brand markings the lights came on. So if you can base the opinion of one knife on another this little Runner should be a great little knife. True you want kill a bear with it like D. Boone or butcher a deer. But it should serve well for most any domestic task you may have. Now I have small to medium size hands so the size of it is no problem for me. My only problem with this little knife is the plastic sheath. It is extremely strong and when hung around your neck takes a good hard jerk to pull it out. Because of that I had to replace the beed chain that came with it with a Paracord. When not hanging I fine extremely hard to retrieve without a cord or something extra to hold on to. I also found another piece of Paracord added to the end helps pulling it free from the sheath. Also a little careful thumb assist helps as well. So if the Runner is anything like the Nova it will serve you well I truly believe. An added note it's been several weeks sense I wrote the first part of this review and have had time to try out this little knife. So far it had not disappoint me in fact it has impressed me so much it has become a favorite among the dozen or so neck knifes I own. It has held its sharpness and cuts as well now as it did that first day. Despite the slight problems of the stuff pull needed to free the knife from the plastic sheath I give it very high marks.

Small and sleek.
Small sleek and sharp. If you are looking for something small and fits by holding it with three fingers. This is it.

Poor design
I was looking for a knife to get my sister and though this would be a good size, well the belt/pocket clip is so weak it comes off when you try to take the knife out. The sheath is in such a bad spot all I can imagine happening if I hand it to someone new is them opening it wrong and cutting their fingers. Still on the look, not sure if I should return this or throw it in a drawer as a letter opener.

Sharp edged blade but the finger-well is not deep enough
The blade itself was very sharp, however knife’s finger-well is not deep enough to prevent you finger from sliding forward onto the very sharp edge in potentially cutting your finger. Otherwise the handle felt comfortable in the hand, but didn’t want to take the risk severely injuring my index finger. Wish they had designed the knife differently or add some kind of “guard” to prevent the finger going over the edge. Returned it. Pro: • Lightweight • Sharp blade • Very affordable price Con • Finger-well not deep enough for a novice to safely handle it without potentially slicing the finger.

You get what you pay for
This thing was coming apart out of the bag. Rope was frayed and knife wasn’t locking in well.

Cheaply Made, Even for $20
It looked pretty dinged up and scratched upon opening. Not too bad for the price. The sheath was defective. When I popped it in for the first time, the knife wouldn't come out. I cut myself while trying to pry it out to repackage it for the return. I definitely don't trust the quality control from the manufacturer to risk a replacement.

Decent, but seller doesn’t stand behind it
Got one of these for a gift and clip broke, it’s cheap material, reached out to the seller and said they would replace the clip for 7 bucks, I don’t call that very good business, plus the clip isn’t worth 7 bucks, I do not recommend this tiny cheap knife.

Couteau

Nice self defense piece of equipment
I really like this full tang, small footprint, kydex-sheathed (and legal to carry in Germany) knife. The blade is sufficiently sharp out of the box, the build is sturdy and the size makes it perfect for concealed carry in almost any condition. The one thing that may be a little annoying is that the sheath is pretty hard to draw from, to the point that the clip is too weak to allow for a single hand emergency draw, but it is perfect for retention. You don’t want a sheath that will let such a little piece of sharp metal free in your trousers. As you train for deployment, though, the natural abrasion will make the sheath easier to draw from. The small size of the handle is a little unwieldy at first for people with big hands, but again, train out of this and you have a very powerful self defense tool. Work as a neck knife, you won’t have this problem. The only one thing I think could have been done better: a full 90 degree holes in the sheath to carry “scout” in the back when you wear a business suit. This is a bit difficult to solve without damaging the kydex aftermarket. Altogether, great piece of equipment with all the advantages of a fixed blade and the portability of a folding knife, while being legal to carry (in Germany).
