Was not sure what I would think. Am still not sure...
I purchased this quite a while ago because I wanted to truly try and evaluate the Monk Fruit Truvia. I have to say, I am still unsure. It is not as sweet as the Stevia version and has an odd aftertaste. For being a natural sweetener, it has a strange chemical taste. It is not bad, but it is not what seems to be promised. I would say it is comparable to Stevia. I am still a Saccharine user primarily, so I am not sold on the natural alternatives. I have recently began buying dried Stevia leaves and putting them into a tea ball to sweeten my tea. That tastes better than the packets of Stevia. So, if you love Monk Fruit, you will likely enjoy this. If you use Stevia, you can give it a try. I believe it is a little more expensive, but it always worth a try to be a little adventurous.

Say "No to Restaurant Sweeteners" and "Yes to Truvia"
Sweet, dissolves easily in hot or cold beverages, and won't spike your glucose/insulin! Alert: Most restaurant sweeteners have as their main ingredient either Dextrose or Maltodextrin...Those are sugar and will raise your glucose/insulin. Solution: Take your own packets of sweetener when you are eating away from home. This Truvia Monk Fruit/Erythritol sweetener gives you the sweet taste you desire without the harmful effects of sugar/dextrose/maltodextrin.
