I appreciate that there are no exposed screws or sharp parts, so I feel comfortable letting my baby play independently for short periods while I step away. The overall construction feels sturdy, durable, and well-made. The wood is high quality, and the playpen feels very secure once assembled. My only complaint is the door design. It uses both a top and bottom latch, which can be difficult to operate with one hand. If I’m holding my baby, it’s often easier to step over the playpen rather than try to open the door. A more user-friendly one-handed latch system would make this product even better. Overall, this is a high-quality, spacious, and safe playpen that I would definitely recommend to other parents. This was the only wooden playpen we could find with integrated toys. We got the bigger 10-panel option. Overall, it's exactly what we wanted - roomy enough for us to play in with our child and for our kid to have the same large floor area to play in as before crawling. The height is good for pulling up and the fence is sturdy. Our child does play with the included toys - unfortunately the sliding track toys came apart pretty quickly and we have removed them until we have time to secure them better. They are at least big enough to probably not be choking hazards but we don't want to take chances. It was pretty simple to put together and the modular design with reversible hinges make it easy to shape it to a variety of space needs. It will also be easy to store without taking up too much space since you can accordion the panels into a stack.

I really wanted to love this playpen because the overall look is beautiful and it blends nicely with our home. I also like the built-in toys, which are a nice touch and give babies something to interact with while playing. My biggest concern is the stability. The playpen feels a bit wobbly and not as sturdy as I expected. I had hoped to attach pull-up clips and use it as a safe place for my son to practice pulling himself up, but I don’t feel confident doing that because the panels move and shake when pressure is applied. Overall, it’s attractive and functional for basic playtime, but if you’re looking for something sturdy enough to support a baby learning to stand and pull up, this may not be the best option.
