Elderberries Whole 100g by Hatton Hill

Very good quality. I make elderberry syrup every year and these are the best brand I have used. Really tasty compared to others and at a very good price. Highly recommended.

I add a spoonful of this to take the edge off my bitter loose leaf tea concoctions. I'm on a lung cleanse regime, elderberry along with comfrey and mullein, all beneficial for clearing the lungs, in my case from dust exposure on building sites. It has had an immediate effect, my airways feel much clearer with the added bonus that I'm not longer snoring at night.
