Too strong for me.
Fine if your hand is strong enough. Even the lightest device was too strong for me. I'd need about 3 lbs but can't find them on Amazon.

A good product.
There are not many exercises or devices to exercise these muscles. These work well.

Work well to strengthen fingers.
Work well to strengthen fingers and hands. A little awkward to use at first, but gets better with practice.

Pump is real
Been using it for about a month to help the antagonistic motion since I rock climb a lot. Feels great, I love the pump you get from it. So far it has held up well, no signs of it tearing or breaking down. Still haven't moved on to the highest resistance, it's pretty tough! Edit: 7/27/23 and one of the intermediate bands has broken, lasted longer than I expected.

Not the best
Work well at first but after about a month of regular use, the bands break.

Very convenient and effective hand exerciser.
Nice little therapy exercisers. I saw that some therapists were recommending guitarists stretch your fingers outward against a rubber band to relieve the chronic overuse pain that some guitarists get (usually in the thumb joint) from constantly gripping the guitar neck (contraction only), These are nicer than rubber bands, and even the weakest one is strong enough to give the theeraputic effect of using the opposite muscles a little bit. It really works.

Great for helping tennis elbow, but be careful.
As a full-time technical support engineer, I developed tennis elbow (after already having wrist issues). I had been using these to help recover for a couple years. Despite the different band resistances, I just used went through each one in the box as they would wear out and break. My mistake may have been not sticking with a lighter resistance, but I had to stop the use of these because I injured my index finger. I don't know if it was because I used these bands for so long, or if I injured my finger some other way and the use of these bands exacerbated the injury. On the outside of my index finger at the base of my knuckle, I started having sharp pain like I pulled something. I went to a orthopedic doctor who referred me to a physical therapist and she took me off the bands. Since I used them for so long without problems, I think it was my fault. So, these are great and definitely helped. Just make sure you use the resistance level that doesn't stress the tendons in your finger too much. And if it starts hurting around your knuckles, use a weaker band.

Finger strengthening
These are great for the fingers. I bought them as I have carpal tunnel in both hands. There are 3 different strengths and Iโm finding them to be great so far.

Hand and finger strength improvement
New item. Works if you slowly progress and not expecting miracles from it. You need to use it.

Good if you know they'll break in a couple months.
Its unfortunate, but these are basically disposable. If you buy them with that in mind, then they're fine and helpful IMO. If you think they'll last years, then you're not going to be happy. I got about 6 months out of the strength level I use (there are 2 of each I think). I normally do 30 on each hand 2x a day. Amazon should add these to subscribe and save.
