The COFIT straps are a lifesaver for my hands! I have basal (thumb) arthritis in both hands, which makes gripping and putting pressure on my hands—particularly around my thumbs and palms—difficult. I love these gloves! My progress in the gym had started to stall because my wrists were giving out before my muscles did. Since I started using these, I’ve been able to lift heavier weights with much better form and confidence. Take a few extra seconds to wrap the wrist straps correctly—you’ll really notice the added support, stability, and sense of security. I use them with both weight machines and dumbbells, and they’ve made a huge difference in my workouts. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. I highly recommend them!

I purchased a much more expensive pair and returned them. Love these and they are very comfortable. I only wish they would indicate right and left on the straps. That would be helpful for a newbie like myself.

Got these based on recommendation from my coach. My hands would get tired from holding the heavy dumbbells before my legs got tired, but it was my leg muscles that I was actually trying to exercise. These are great for helping you hold dumbbells or cable machine bars without tiring out your hands. I wrap the straps around the bar so the flap is tucked kind of under bar when you grip it (watch videos online to see how they do it). This way, the weight of the dumbbell actually holds the strap in place and I don’t have to use my hands as much to hold the weight. I have pretty small hands and wrists and these are small enough to just fit.

Got these for CrossFit, but I’m scared I’m going to fly off the bar lol. They are a suede material and it just makes me nervous to kip with them.

Rapidement reçue, je ne peux plus m’en passer ! Elles sont douces, avec une bonne adhérence. Le produit est qualitatif. C’est un bon rapport qualité/prix. Le renfort au bout des sangles permettent de protéger les mains. On peut soulever plus lourd et ne pas être gêné par la mauvaise pris ou la douleur. Je recommande vivement. Seul bémol, il semble que j’ai commandé une taille L mais je n’ai pas trouvé le choix des tailles. A part ça, c’est vraiment super.
