I use these in my warning buffet tray at home when I cook for people. I had 1/2 and 1/3 sizes but find these deep 1/6 size pans very convenient. They hold a lot more than it seems they would and allow me to keep a lot of food warmed up and ready. I can also prep ahead and stack these in my fridge. I use them especially for making "Bowls" where I can have prepared grains, proteins and veggies and let everyone create their own combo. The only down to these (and other I have) is the handles for the lids have a shallow recess for gripping that is not easy if you have a potholder. You also need to store them somewhere, but they do stack.
