Best Sleep Tape!
I've tried various sleep tapes and found this one to be the BEST. Firstly, the colour beige doesn't look crazy or scary while it's on. Secondly, it stays on but doesn't rip your skin or lip when removing it. No sensitivity issues either. I'm not crazy about the price - it keeps going up, but the product is excellent in stopping mouth breathing and snoring while sleeping. Additionally, it helps keeps your mouth and teeth protected by avoiding dry mouth. This is one product I can't do without and have it on auto-shipping. Highly recommend

Great for CPAP users
I use a CPAP machine and I was finding my mouth would be so dry it was painful, decided to try these as recommended by a group. Only used them once and it was the best nights sleep I’ve had in months with nit waking up due to a painful dry mouth. Will be buying them on a subscription basis and I highly recommend. They come off really easy and not painful at all. Size is perfect if you just relax your face when you put them on. No scent to them that I could tell. All in all they were very effective and good value for money.

Changed and are now terrible
I've left my previous 5* review below for comparison to how impressed I once was but after my most recent purchase, I will be cancelling my subscription. They've completely changed the product and they're now useless and absolutely stink of chemicals. What a shame. I don't often write lengthy reviews, but hopefully I can be helpful to anyone considering these. My expectations have been completely surpassed and I highly recommend them. Firstly, they are very stretchy and 'breathable'. I was expecting something quite dense, but they are super lightweight and give you opportunity to move your lips a little, finding a comfortable position even after application. The adhesive is very sticky and I was concerned about my lips. So, although the instructions say not to use moisturiser etc as it will reduce the effect of the adhesive, I actually do. I put a good amount of lip balm on just my lips then apply the patch, really pressing around my mouth. The adhesive is so good that it stays on all night just from the strength of the part that touches around my lips. This leaves my lips really moisturised too, like a little lip mask every night! I had worried about what would happen when my nose became blocked. However, somehow, having my mouth fully closed all night keeps my nose unblocked and I'm sleeping so much better. I don't fully understand the biology behind this but it must be to do with airways not drying out etc. Anyway, I can breathe easily through my nose all night and wake up refreshed. These have really changed my life. I don't heavily breathe through my mouth, I sleep considerably better and I'm also definitely seeing a subtle change in the definition of my chin and jaw through not having my mouth gaping open 8 hours a night! Give them a go!

Saved me from being smothered by a pillow
For years I've annoyed my long suffering partner with my snoring, I've tried all sorts, sprays, mouth strips, nose strips and nothing has helped. My snoring could be described as an airplane taking off it's that loud. I purchased the strips after hearing they could help. The packaging is simple and effective and the scent is subtle but the paper backing on the strip is annoying to remove sometimes causing the strips to fold in on themselves. For my mouth I found the strips to be a little bit small, I also have a short beard too so it's not always a snug fit. Sometimes the strips can come off in the night (only happened a couple of times) or they can be a little painful to remove (getting them wet in a shower can help). I have noticed though that they have reduced my snoring from my mouth (feels like something in the back of my throat which flaps). I did find that using two strips can help a bit but it's probably better suited to someone who doesn't have facial hair. Saying that, it's been two weeks since I purchased the pack and the threats of smothering me with a pillow or sleeping in the car have reduced so they aren't too bad.

Good but inconsistent
These have had a positive impact on the quality of my sleep, and the quality of my wife's sleep as she doesn't need to tell me to shut up! Initially these feel weird as it's essentially plastering over your mouth, but you soon get used to it. I've noticed that I fall asleep quicker and wake up fewer times in the night, and that in the morning I'm not gasping for a drink. My only criticism is that the levels of stickiness are inconsistent. Sometimes they stay on perfectly and others they start to peel off quite early on.

Effective
wow, I can’t believe something so simple (a little scary at first lol) was so effective. I’ve suspected sleep apnoea, but I know I’ve inherited snoring from both my parents. I woke up at 6am feeling different for sure. Throat wasn’t sore and I just felt rested. I’d recommend this product, it’s comfortable and stays put. Not very s**xy but it appears to do the job!

Sticks very well, is very comfortable (I have a beard too) and lasts all night.
My daughter bought it for herself. I was only curious, so I thought i would just give it a little go to see what it would be like. So impressed, I'm using it all the time now. I've used the product for 1 week now. Once placed over mouth it stays on for the duration of your sleep. I have a beard so I was extremely dubious. I thought that there's no way this would work on a beard. I was so impressed that it stayed on perfectly all night, didn't move at all. The material is soft and comfy, with no odour. The sticky part leaves no residue at all. If you need to take it off, it comes off easily enough, just be gentle and slow. Did not pinch or pull on my beard either when taking it off and sleeping. Sticks back again perfectly. It's very comfortable once you have applied it. I've not tried to use the same peice over multiple nights, but I'm going to give it a try. I had no trouble sleeping whatsoever. I thought it would really freak me out wearing it and that I would be waking up all the time in a panic. I sleep on back and both sides. But had caused no issues. It has stopped me talking in my sleep as well. And it's great for scaring the hell out of people in the middle of the night. Lol

stopped my snoring. Happy wife = happy life.
I had tried many things to stop my snoring - I lost weight, wore nasal strips, tried a neoprene headset to keep my mouth closed, etc! I was VERY anti trying mouth tape as I was worried I wouldn’t get enough air through my nose. My wife bought me several brands to try, and I eventually and reluctantly agreed to give them a go. My fears were unfounded. These are very comfortable, the glue is just enough to keep them on but not too much so they still peel off without hurting delicate lip skin. I sleep fine with it on, I take a nasal spray before bed to make sure my nose stays clear and wear nasal strips. It has been a pretty painless change for me but has made a huge difference to my wife. She is sleeping much better and is much happier. The other brands I tried were not as good, one had glue that was so strong it ripped my lip and left sticky residue on my face that was hard to remove. So I have been your crash-test dummy, and taken the pain for you! These ones were the winners.
