Great stuff i used this in the fall last year to try it prevented all weeds up until the end of july. Then some prenetration started at the edges of the lawn but overall its still working most of the lawn is still clear. Next year i plan on applying during the spring as well.

May want to get two bags.

This product seems to do a good job of keeping weed seed from germinating. Works well on dandelions! Make sure to water it in after spreading on lawn, or just before a rain. A little pricey but works

So much easier to use than the one that has to be mixed with water and sprayed on. Seems to work as it should.

I feel like it has helped get rid of some of the crab grass but not 100% effective. The amount in the bag seems to cover decently. I do feel like it is very expensive.

I have been using this product for 7 years, and it performs well. It is effective at keeping the crabgrass. The granules are quite large and yellow, so I would make sure your spreader can accommodate them. Read the instructions before using this product because, since the granules are large, you will think you need more coverage, but you do not. Trust the process. If you time this product with the ground germination temperature for crabgrass, it will be very effective. I apply the prodiamine once a year in early spring, and it gets the job done for the entire year. Due to rain runoff, there are rules for how much fertilizer we can use in my area, and I was researching what would get the job done with less product, and this definitely fits the bill. Seven years with little crabgrass.
