I've had the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser hand vacuum for about 5 years, and it's great, does a good job, easy to you and have never had a problem. I lost the charger and the crevas attachment when I moved. I was happy to see I could replace them along with inside filter which had seen much better days.So glad I was able to find the replacements.
