I bought a couple of eye masks and this one by far is the most comfortable, soft and warm. The quality is top notch. I love that you can wash it. I was so impressed I bought one for my mother, as we both have dry eyes. If you are looking for a heated eye mask, I sure would suggest this one!

This eye mask is WONDERFUL! I haven't had it a long time, but the past couple of weeks it has been great. Love the velcro strap in the back, it fits well. The timer, temp. works very well. It really soothes my dry eyes. I researched many masks. I am very satisfied. It's lightweight and the cord is hardly noticeable.

Arrived here and I did try on it and so a great warm mask my eyes. I feel good after sleeping for a while. Amazing. Thank you.

Use an older low amperage charger if yours won’t turn on out of the box. We ended up using one of the small iPhone charging blocks from like 10 years ago and it works great. We had no luck with the first one we ordered and sent it back for a replacement only to have the second one not power on as well. Tried an older lower power plug, and it works great.

So relaxing. One of the best investments I’ve ever made. I gave it to a couple people as gifts and they loved it. I highly recommend it.

Excellent eye mask for dry eyes! Heats up quickly with 3 heat settings. Turns off auto after 15 minutes. I mist with water from spray bottle and works just fine. Good buy !

Love the feel of this mask. I sleep on the wrong side of the bed for the cord (it's on the right), but that isn't the reason for the 3 stars. I can not get the heat setting to be anything other than high. If I touch the heat setting button the whole mask turns off. I have now returned the first one and received the second one, I have the same problem. I even read the instructions thinking I did it wrong. The quality is ok, the buttons are weak, and sometimes I have to hit the power button twice before it will actually turn on. I will keep the second but I wouldn't buy it again.

OMG 😱 This mask is great. My doctor recommended wearing a heat mask 10 mins a day, 3 or 4 days a week for my severe dry eyes. The beads inside heat up directly over the eyelids, not around the eyes like all the others. It won't feel hot to the touch. You have to put the mask on over your eyes. Then you'll feel it! It gets hot! It's also great to wrap around your neck if you have a sore throat. My mother used to do that when I was young. Works like a charm I highly recommend this product. I got mine around Nov 1st. Love it. Hope it lasts.

Es una mascara de tela suave, terciopelo por la parte de afuerta y un tipo de algodon suave la parte que esta en contacto con la cara. dentro tiene como un bolsillo de semillas que pesa poquito, lo suficiente como para ser agradable con el calor y se puede retirar para lavar la tela. Los niveles de temperatura son Alto, medio y bajo, creo que desde el najo es un buen nivel que no molesta y el alto puede llegar a sentirse muy caliente. Solamente estorba un poco el cable que tiene al costado ya que tiene que dejarse conectada todo el tiempo y ese puede llegar a ser medio estorboso dependiendo de donde este el enchufe.

Gets just hot enough. Material is very soft, and easy to clean. Only complaint is minor, timer can only go 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Would have been nice to include 5 and 10. Still gibing it 5 stars anyway.
