I had a problem with the first computer however they was excellent on replacing the item which is working very well now thank you.

Weak hinges
Hinge broke after about 30 uses. The hinge snapped off and now the entire screen has to be replaced. Estimate for repair is $300.

Just recommended it to a friend tonight
Now this is a great computer!I've had mine for 6 months, and I love it. Big upgrade from my 6-year-old computer in terms of speed. Nothing's wrong with it, nothing's weird about it, it's a great price, and it's very portable. I love it. I just recommended it to a friend tonight.

Great Laptop
Very nice laptop. After purchasing - Microsoft Office, Webroot Internet Security and a new HP Office Jet 250 Mobile Printer and completing the transfer of all our files, I ran into a Big Issue ! Then on 7/19/24, I went to turn it on the laptop and it would not turn on. Needless to say, I was in a panic mode. Was I about to lose evertything But, Thanks to Amazon Technical, we were able to get the laptop up and running. Needless to say I was Happy - Happy - Happy !

Wrong Operating System
Update: The seller got back to me and after sending them a few pics, they sent me a valid key and now everything is great.The product description says Windows 11 Pro. It should be the Pro version though. When I got the product, a secondary label was put on the box and it says Windows 11 Pro. However, when I go through the setup, Windows 11 Pro is installed on the computer but it does not have the correct Product Key/Digital License for Windows 11 Pro. The troubleshooter says the computer has a valid license for Windows 11 Home. I've sent a message to the seller to get a valid key for 11 Pro. I'll update my review once I get a response from them.

Limited life
Critical error of the hard drive after 12 months of very typical use. Never had such an issue with a Dell.

Good Value for the money
Fast and easy to setup. Having a indicator light on the side showing that it is on would be one improvement, otherwise I would definitely recommend this laptop for anyone using it for basic computing.
